I just had called this morning due to a kitchen faucet being leaky. I spoke with Susan and transferred me to warranty when I told her it was not warranty. The warranty pulled up my information and was wondering why she had transferred me. I was confused as well and even stated to warranty I need to talk to service and had to transfer me back. Just a very long conversation over a sink. I did not think it would be this hard to schedule a service call. Even after that service was not very helpful. In the past they have been very helpful.

Went to Angie's list for reliable plumber to get a plumbing estimates for a basement bath (so that tells you that not everyone on Angie's list is of high regard.) Came out on Monday to look at job. He said he would have it to us by either Monday night or Tuesday, it is Wednesday after business hours and still no estimate in hand. Guess they are too busy for new customers?

Dupree came out to do some warranty work on our new home a couple of times. We've been dealing with a lot of contractors lately for various warranty related work and almost every other company we've dealt with just doesn't show up (after you take off work to wait for them) or when they do show up, they come in from the get go with a defensive attitude when it's warranty work. I have to say Dupree has been the easiest of all the contractors to work with and they are so pleasant and professional. When I called the first time, they got someone out here the first day...unheard of! We've been working with both Austin and Jason in the warranty department and they are both so pleasant and professional. They solved our problem and even educated me on some of the features on our new water heater. Thank you guys! It's good to know that putting the customer first and providing an exceptional customer experience is still a focus for some companies!! So rare these days but so valued when it exists!

Very happy with replacing 4 old leaky toilets and utilizing their camera's to ensure we didn't have any other stoppages they could snake out. Reasonable prices on new Kohler toilets and even fixed a garbage disposal that was 7 years old and leaking for us while they were at our house. Robert B . was our technician along with another guy. They were on time and respectful of our our home. Highly recommend.

Sorry I have to leave even 1 star. This company has single-handedly delayed the construction of my new home. It is rude and unprofessional not to return calls for a job you have only partially completed.

This place is the worst place ever. If they dont honor their word. Then how can they honor their work. My wife was apart of a contest giveaway on Facebook. The person with the most likes on their comment won a Yeti cooler. My wife had 142 likes and her competition was the manager with 107 likes. The contest ended on Friday at 5:00pm and the winner would be notified on Saturday. On Friday at around 4:20pm the whole page disappeared and left everyone hanging over the weekend. People that were apart of the giveaway went on their Twitter and was asking questions on what happened and no response. So I decide to go there and talk to them to get our prize. At first I was talking to the owner, then he got the manager everything was running smoothly until she came out and he explained that I was there because of the contest. She told the owner to leave and she started talking to me and said that the contest was over and no one won the prize. I tried to reason with her and say that my wife was trying to win the cooler for our anniversary. She refused let us claim our prize. So I asked to speak with the owner and she said no. I saw the owner through the window and said excuse me Sir. He came in the room charging towards me. The only thing I said was do you believe in God and stand behind your word. My wife won the contest and should have received her prize. He started yelling me and told me to leave. Within a few seconds he started screaming at me and was about to come towards me. Then this lady grabbed my right arm and started pulling me to the door. I looked at her and looked at my arm and told her not to touch me and she had no right to touch me. I left the place and waited for the cops to show up. I talked to them and they said for me to just leave. Guess what still didnt get the prize my wife won, and I got assaulted over this whole mess. Everyone there was extremely rude, dishonest, and doesn't stand by God or their word. I would not do any business with these people. They are shady people, and untrustworthy.

Over the last three years since we purchased our new home in Cumming Jason F. has come to our home several times to fix various issues i.e., toilet, garbage disposal etc. He is without a doubt the nicest, neatest and most knowledgeable plumber that we have ever had. I would always recommend not only Dupree Plumbing for all your plumbing problems but if you request Jason F. he will exceed your expectations. I wish all vendors were as AWESOME as Jason! I've been using Dupree Plumbing for years and have always had a positive experience with excellent results. In addition, Travis has been the person doing most of the work - he is very friendly and professional, provides information on the problem and best way to fix it. The cost has always been reasonable and I've never been concerned about over charging or quality of work. I have a high confidence in using them for any of my plumbing needs. This was re-confirmed recently when Dupree came out to address a few toilet issues from toilets installed over 6 months ago. They considered this a courtesy call and no charge. This is a business that stands by it's work and likes to make its customers happy.
