A very not recommended fake company, warranty company sent these guys, they appear just to charge me the deductible. As usual find an excuse not to cover.

This company sent a technician with a horrible attitude and needs some serious customer service training. I'm not sure if he was already having a bad day before the appointment with us, but he came in my home extremely unprofessional and impatient. He's at my door before 8am when my appt was at 8am, although he called me to threaten to leave if we're not at the door within 2 mins.

We had all sorts of question about the repair and just kept talking over us. Jay was just awful and rude.

This company was contracted by my home warranty to fix a leak in my ac drain. Instead of diagnosing where the leak started the technician/installer Jay asked me where the leak was. I had to explain where the leak was and that it was being caused by a clogged drain line. He went to his truck to get something to clear my drain and came back in with a tank of 410a refrigerant with a hose attached. I asked if he planned on using that to flush my drain and he said yes and he was told to do so by his boss. It is an E.P.A. violation to discharge refrigerant into the atmosphere and the technician Jay was going to do this inside my house. He left and no work was performed on my system. I have tried to contact this company numerous times to no avail. They are now listed as permanently closed but somehow they are still doing work.

Dunn-WRONG! After multiple service attempts to fix our air conditioning unit (via our home warranty provider) we were told we needed a new unit that would not be covered by the warranty. We agreed to have them install the new unit and we still couldn't seem to keep the air conditioning working. Mind you, we reside in a relatively new home (less than 10yrs old). The owner came out to adjust thermostat and got the unit working...a week later it blows hot air again. We schedule to have him come back out and he's a no call no show! After several attempts to reach him and their office, we were given no apology for the missed service call and it seems to pain them to schedule an appointment. Quite frankly, you'll be better served going somewhere else. I'm not even the guy to write reviews unless they are glowing but this shi% is ridiculous. Lack professionalism, lack quality service, avoid unless you want to be annoyed.

UPDATE: After having Dunn Rite argue with me over messages about my truthful review I had left. I had let the home warranty know how rude and nasty they are and they were able to send a much more competent company out to fix the issue. Dunn Wrong was wrong in the end after getting a second opinion of our own and having the home warranty company send someone else Out are problem was fixed. Both our second opinion and the home warranty's second opinion said the same thing and was able to fix the issue right away. Rather than just oiling a part that is not able to be oiled. So if you get paired with Dunn Wrong just ask you home warranty for another company to come out and save yourself the headache!

Like so many other reviewers we were connected with this company through our home warranty company. We just moved into our house a few months ago & have a loud high pitched sound coming from the forced air heater. They were completely unprofessional! They just want to get in & out quickly and get $75. They have incentive to not do any major repairs or their rating goes down. They tried to say it was a problem with a vent cap on the roof and we confirmed that was fine. Then they came back out after another long delay, seemed to be in a hurry and then tried to blame the Gas Co. I asked how they know it's not the the blower motor malfunctioning (which is common with a high pitched sound) he could not give me an answer. He told me that job would be $500+ & asked if I wanted pay ""out of pocket""? I said this should be covered by insurance. Anyway we asked him to leave instead of argue further with him. Now I see all the reviews for this company & it makes sense. BEWARE & don't waste your time & $ with them like we did!!

This company was contracted out through our home warranty. They have came out twice and the problem is still not fixed. A/C is still making a loud screeching noise. They said it just needed oil. The fan is seizing up, there's a obviously a bigger problem.

Had the most unprofessional experience ever with their technician and office staff. This was for a home warranty claim and the tech told my wife the guest house was not covered by our insurance (which it is) and said ""I'm not gonna get paid so I'm not doing anything"" - then he left before I could even show him my policy, which explicitly lists the guesthouse. Office staff were just as block-headed and unhelpful. Called my insurance company and got another vender. Terrible company. Despite comment below - second company had NO PROBLEM at all with my insurance company so draw your own conclusions on where the problem lies. That and the fact that they still don't apologize or take any responsibility.

This one star is for the extreamly rude lady who called to make an appointment. My Homewarranty had contacted them to come for repairs. I think she was eating lunch when she called me. I could hear her chewing something. She spoked too fast, was very impatient and unclear. When I asked her Company's Yelp rating, she got offended and said she did not know and if that is something important to me, I should request another company.
wow! very sad this lady is the first point of contact. We ended up not using them.

DONT EVER HIRE THEM! They came out to one of my rental properties after my home warranty sent them. Long story short, this is an awful company. Stay away from them, no matter the cost. I would rather pay out of my pocket than have these guys anywhere near any of my houses. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
