This company is a joke. DO NOT USE.! Guy showed up 2 hours late. Reeked of cigarettes.Was rude and disrespectful.His beat up pickup truck left a gallon of oil on my driveway.And couldn't fix problem. Use any other company but them.Luck that got my service fee refunded from warranty company. Bad!! No stars if I could.

Mike came to the rescue when my air conditioner went out over Labor Day weekend. He arrived early within the window of time and trouble shot the issue until he got it resolved and the cool air was flowing again.
Thanks Mike for being courteous, professional and thorough in your work. It is always nice to have good people to work with and I will use your company again (hopefully only for routine maintenance!).

RUN RUN RUN AWAY from this company!!! If your insurance company send them request for another heating company! WORSE WORSE Customer service EVER! When they came out the first time they tell me the rotary broke so they have to reschedule another visit. 2 weeks later the day before the service @3 pm on a Friday They called me and said part came in and it got damage. Fine things happened then I scheduled for whatever open weekends the rep tell me everything is booked with an ATTITUDE from the rep. I asked the rep to schedule early morning so I can go to work after she tell me she can't, then I asked can you please scheduled me first call. The rep tell me in an attitude voice that NO because I live too far (ok than while did you accept the service from the insurance). Neither to say we finally picked a day and the service is between 10-2 pm, my husband took the day off and Doug the service man called and said he is late around 5pm. I told him no my husband took a day off to wait for you, he said I can drop by tomorrow (what the heck) I said No. He than showed up and said he brought a wrong part. You got to be kidding me, I called my insurance and told them what happened but they can't get a hold of this company. I called them several times and finally someone pick up at this point I just want to get it done and be over with! Scheduled another time 8-10 no one showed up, I called the company they tell me again Doug picked up a damaged part so he is purchasing another as we speak (what the heck) he finally showed up at 11 and left at 11:30 and they did not provide you any paperwork on what they've done! So my advice to whoever read this DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! Always DAMAGED PARTS AS AN EXCUSED!!

I was given a 2 hour time frame between 3 pm - 5 pm....Waited...and got a call about 5:20!! Said he would be there in about 10 min....Sorry, But should have called me BEFORE 5:00! My time is important....I will find another Co...

good communication, window was a bit large for when they were going to come, but I guess this is industry standard...as well, the peak of the hot season and busy as all gets I am sure. Guys did a great job though, made sure to keep things clean as they worked and the job came out nicely and we feel comfortable again turning on the AC and it runs very well.
Price is very reasonable as well. I would hire them again and recommend them.

Worst company ever. Had an appointment for 3-6pm.Received a call at 4:30 stating he will be late 5:30-6:30. No one showed up and no call. I called them back at 7 no answer, talked to no one. At 7:20 he calls and said 40 more minutes.

They were assigned by my insurance company so if your in the same situation, do yourself a favor and request a different company.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Gave me a 4 hour window which is unheard of. The with 30 seconds left in the time window they call and say the tech will be another 1 or 2 hours.
Absolutely zero customer service and no concern for the customer.

Doug was great....he came out at 1:45 and was scheduled from 10-2 so I consider this on time for a AC technician!! He was all business.....my AC was blowing but no cold air. He had me run the inside thermometer and heard the air blow then went outside and within 30 sec could tell the condenser wasn't firing. He added a booster to the condenser and it 5 min I had cold air. Do your homework before an AC guy comes out....lots of YouTube videos that breakdown any AC problems then let the AC guy know you are knowledgeable and they normally don't mess with you. Doug can come out to my house anytime

Where do I begin! If you have almost a month to wait for air conditioner repair, call them! Also contracted through American Home Warranty. After 3-4 visits, unit still not working! We gave up and bought a new one on our own! There seems to be one repairman, one receptionist and one wife handling the billing!

Horrendous dude with a cigarette in hand to greet you. And didn't wash his hands after using the rest room. Not helpful in any way and is super gross.
