RIP OFFS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had my plumbing problem diagnosed, they came to fix but NOT THE PROBLEM. The problem remained until I called a different plumbing company who FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY AND CHARGED ME HALF! Oh, and did I mention I paid Dunedin Plumbing over $1000 to fix something that wasn't broken??? No refund. Ironically, as I mentioned this to several friends it appears this is a very common problem with Dunedin Plumbing. RIP OFFS!

New sewer lines from house to tie in with county. Adam came out and was polite, informative and explained the process of permitting and environmental approval. He wrote up an estimate and explained it every step of the way. I asked for an added repair and he took a look and explained it completely. We signed, he left and all was good. When I called to see when job was starting Scott was rushed and rude. Every time I've spoken to him he has been short and rude to me. He finally put me on hold and went to a computer and told me """"We'll be out tomorrow to start the job."""" No notice? No courtesy call? I called back to ask how long water would be out of use and was told a minimal amount of time which is true for the installation. A tech came by today, put a float ball in one end and filled the length with water. I only know this because I saw his truck out front. Not knock, no courtesy call, no information offered about how long we would be unable to flush. I called the office to inquire and run some of my customer service concerns to Scott. He essentially cut me off and stated the scope of their job. When I asked if he saw the customer service issue he again shut me down. I asked him to check the computer on a hot water heater they had installed and he stated """"I'm not near a computer, I'm actually eating my lunch."""" Strange answer for a co-owner. Bottom line - if you use Dunedin Plumbing I suggest you deal with Adam and Brian and do you best to have nothing to do with Scott. He is the quintessential kid who inherited dads business. Luckily Brian is a good balance. Guys who did the job were always nice they just need better direction.

was advised to paint over black mold on baseboards. I'm surprised the plumber didn't know fecal bacteria may stem from a toilet leak. I ended up having to file an insurance claim, it's good I didn't follow their advice.

We had them come out for small job, change out two faucets and put in new pipes for shower. All areas were exposed due to remodeling job. Two of them showed up and they were here for 2 hours. The second guy was an apprentice not actually plumber. I got charged for 2 Licensed plumbers when one could do job. They charged 650.00, a bit much for lite plumbing work and didn't have to supply anything. I heard the one guy call his boss before filling out bill and ask why he was charging for the apprentice? Plus they took all my old faucets and plumbing with them. When I called, they flat out lied and said they throw it away. The owner/manager started yelling at me. I would let me house flood out before I would ever let them in my house again. We have since found out that they didn't hook up pipes correctly and had to pay for another plumber to come out. Which was a lot less money.

I was charged for online permits but was told that they waited in line and had to charge a few. Yet the online permits costed $211.00 but charged $250.00. I was told that I could use a coupon until I got the bill then I was told I could not use that coupon. I now wonder if the work that was done was actually necessary. They are very expensive. I would never recommend them or use them again. Buyer beware!

This review is not based on the service I received from Dunedin plumbing, but from what a driver did to me in his work vehicle on Monday afternoon. I we driving with my young son in the car, when a Dunedin plumbing van cut me off pulling out of Scottsdale onto Patricia. He then looked at me in his side mirror, smiles and laughed and started swerving all over the road purposely. He left track marks in the grass near the bowling alley then pulled into the shop. I called Dunedin plumbing at 4:32, to let them know what had just happened. Their answering service told me they closed at 4:30 and couldn't transfer me over to speak with someone. For a company that is family owned, you would think they would be more cautious in the employees they hire, and be more concerned in the safety of the people that reside in the community. Beware of dunedin plumbing drivers!!

Plummers Bob & James of Dunedin Plumming are very professional, knowledgeable & caring. They went beyond their job of finding a leak in the attic & repairing it. They cleaned up the mess made by the condo maintenance employee. Previously to this I had Dunedin Plummimg install a water heater. I highly recommend Dunedin Plumming.

I purchased a home recently and discovered after closing that there was an open permit for a water heater changeout. The plumber that pulled the original permit wouldn't even take my calls or return my messages. I called Dunedin Plumbing and they were extremely helpful in getting the permit re-opened and the work done (correctly this time!) so that the permit could be closed out. I will definitely use this company again.

I have used Dunedin Plumbing in Dunedin many times in the past. Today I had a problem that I did not expect from them. About two weeks ago they sent a plumber to look at my plumbing needs at my request for which I paid $95 for about 15 minutes and their plumber did nothing but look and make some ridiculous comments. (I also understand trip charges are a given) Before the plumber left, he told me that if they did the job that the $95 would be applied to any charges and if over an hour it would be $25 per quarter hour or $100 per hour for labor plus parts, if any were used. When I called last week, 4/15/16 on a Friday, I asked for a plumber to install a shower head arm that I had a problem with a small leak. I asked if the $95 charge from before would be applied and if any other charges would be added. The """"supervisor"""" that I spoke with told me that the $95 payment previously would be fine unless the plumber took longer than an hour or used any parts. The job was completed 4/18/16, Monday AM, and it took about 15 minutes to complete, using only some teflon tape and a little pipe dope. Then, when the plumber called his shop, Scott, (identified himself as part owner) said that we had to pay another $50 """"continuance fee"""" for the work done today. THIS IS POOR BUSINESS IN MY OPINION! Next time, I will choose another plumber for my plumbing needs!!!!

Very expensive and you don't get what you pay for here. I simply called to ask a few questions about our huge plumbing bill and I was screamed at by the plumber. The lady answering the phone literally hung up on me. One plumber that came out was very helpful to fix the first plumbers(from Dunedin Plumbing) errors but said he would need authorization to fix something they had ruined. To make a long story short, we never heard from them again. This was an expensive lesson for us... always check reviews before hiring. Look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.
