The company repaired a crack pipeline that connects to the water hose March 2018. The plumber showed up very promptly as this was on a weekend. This past weekend I had the same issue, where the pipe was cracked. The plumber Chip was excellent. It cost me 290.00. I called the Company this morning and was told the warranty is only good for a year. I'm don't think that was very good customer service and that they stand behind their work. I would not recommend this Company.

Gouged me to clear a drain, charged me $600, outrageous! That's about 2-3 times what most other plumbers charge. Tried to argue with them about the bill and got no where. Avoid at all costs!

It is my opinion they did not send the repair people who had the expertise (or maybe the drive) to get to the root of the problem. They looked and then took apart the accessible (clean) parts of the pipe, changed out a few parts but did not delve further. Interestingly the plumbing department at Lowe's gave me more information about how to address the issue than the plumbers did. I was very disappointed with Dunedin Plumbing and will need to call in another company. Their hourly rate is higher than others and I only tried them because my regular plumber could not come out for several days. It turned out to be a waste of money and time.

I got ripped off big time by Dunedin Plumbing and got no satisfaction when we tried to get an agreeable settlement. The problem was I could not identify the brand of our kitchen faucet. There were two plumbers from Dunedin Plumbing on the fourth floor of our condo building; we live on the second floor. I called and talked to Charlie and asked if one of the plumbers could stop by and look at the faucet and let me know the brand. Then I would contact the manufacturer and get a new spray piece; it was the spray piece that was leaking. I explained to Charlie that my eyesight is not great and that I just could not find the name of the manufacturer. Charlie said that he was not able to accommodate me. He would have to write a ticket and schedule an appointment. He did not tell me how much it would cost to have a plumber come to my condo. I agreed to these conditions because the faucet was spraying me every time I tried to use it and the spray attachment definitely needed to be fixed. Mike came to my condo and said that the charge for the service call was $99. I considered this a large amount but needed to find out what kind of faucet it was so Mike came in, checked out the faucet and told me it was a Moen. He also gave me a 1-800 Customer Service number for Moen and said that they would send me the replacement free of charge. As it turned out the number was wrong; there was one too many digits (1 800 Call Moen instead of 1800 Buy Moen.) With help from google I eventually found the correct number. After Mike was gone awhile I called Moen. The person I spoke with asked me several questions about the faucet: look here, check there, etc. and then told me the faucet was not a Moen. She suggested it was a brand carried by Home Depot and I went through several phone calls and emails with photo attachment before Home Depot told me it was not their product. I then contacted a handyman who showed up with a flashlight and located the American Standard brand name on the faucet handle. I ordered the spray insert part online; it was not free -- I paid for it. When I contacted the Better Business Bureau and other consumer help agencies to act as my intermediary with Dunedin Plumbing and get me a refund of my $99 service charge I was stonewalled. Scott Wallace defended his company's indefensible service charge of $99 for NO SERVICE and bad information. Is this the type of business you want to deal with? If so, be prepared to be outraged.

The fellow did a good job, but $130.00+ for one hours work and they did not have to furnish any parts or travel more than 10 minutes.

Would not recommend to anyone. Toke the plumber 3 hours to do a 1 hour job, made a mess of my Condo. Could not soldier the pipes together, had to try 3 times to get it right, when he turned on the water it leaked so bad it soaked my carpet he tried cleaning up with a shop vac and dirt shot out the other end all over my kitchen. I had a coupon for $15 dollars off but was told that he lost money on the job and wasn't using it. Not my fault he can't do the job...

We had Dunedin Plumbing out to repair our hose connection to our home. The service man was very helpful and re-plumbed it to have better access and put a new shutoff valve on. Works perfectly now with no leaks. We highly recommend Dunedin Plumbing for their prompt service and knowledgeable service people.

We had an appointment scheduled, and they arrived two and a half hours late; no call was made to let us know they'd be late. We ended up going with another company that arrived on time and cost $500 less.

I had Dunedin plumbing install a hot water tank in our condo, the gentleman who showed up was Ronnie who did a phenomenal job installing the unit. If I ever have to use Dunedin plumbing again I would definitely request Ronnie. Ronnie keep up the good work Mike and Denise
