I'd like to thank Mike A. of Dunedin Plumbing. While insurance companies often do a number on homeowners, it was nice to have a honest technician come in and tell me that the truth of the matter was that the repair was completely unnecessary and he was willing to provide his findings on the service call invoice for me to submit to the insurance company. Many other plumbing companies would've gladly ripped out my wall and took me for a thousand dollars, he was able to show me why it was unnecessary and provide the insurance the proper documentation to get the issue resolved! Mr . STONE , Rang the door bell . Introduced himself showed him where the garbage disposal would go. Then he started to work, he asked us which side of the sink disposal vote on. He was very neat and efficient. I would recommend Dunedin Plumbing to anyone.

Excellent service! I had Joes Family Plumbing come out 2 weeks ago who stated that I needed a camera to show the clog in my pipes. This was after they snaked my kitchen for 30 minutes. No one from Joes ever called me to come back out with a camera, left me hanging. Dunedin Plumbing came out snaked the kitchen and bathroom and it is now fixed. . I highly recommend Dunedin Plumbing and Mel Santiago was great to work with!

Anybody (Dunedin Plumbing) who charges you money ($125) to tell you what they want to do (their so-called expert plumber) to / on your property pertaining to the repair and not what you want done / request to be repaired is a company you need to avoid ! Find yourself a reputable plumbing company that offers free estimates and listens to your request ! It will save you your hard-earned money (instead of throwing out the window) and headaches down the line ! A customer NO MORE !

This place is TERRIBLE. They damaged my shower, refused to fix it and overcharged me! When I called to speak to the owner about this, he was extremely unprofessional and didn't call me back as he said he would. I don't usually write reviews like this - especially for a small family owned business- but after what I went through- I felt it was my obligation to WARN people. Anywhere else would be better than Dunedin Plumbing...anywhere.

We called them, they came, we told them what the problem was: we had poor water pressure when we turned the hot water on in our kitchen and shower. The guy said he gets these calls all the time and it was due to clogged faucets/hard water, never checked our hot water heater. he cleaned one faucet out, said there was nothing wrong with our shower and told us to go buy a new shower head, charged us $85 for 15 minutes of work and did not solve the problem. We woke up the next day with no water pressure and no hot water, we called another Plummer from another company, they came and discovered in no time the heating element in our tankless hot water heater had burned up several days prior and basically exploded in our water lines causing the debris to clog the previous shower head as well as our new one. Thank you Dunedin pluming for nothing. If I could give you no stars I would.

Had a broken hose faucet and when I called (around noon), we had to schedule the repair for the next day. Then, much to our surprise, Cole from Dunedin Plumbing came a knocking at our door at 2 o'clock. Within an hour and a half, he had the complicated fix taken care of and the hole in the wall patched. We're very happy with his work and Dunedin Plumbing.

Dunedin Plumbing told me a week ago that they would be out to run a camera in our drain system, which had clogged, sometime today. They said they would call and let me know, before coming. Neither happened. What is it about certain trade companies that think and act like it's okay to lie to customers about calling back and not showing up when they say they will?

Shawn did a great job for our latest plumbing issue. We've had them out to clear drains and find leaks and we've always had a good experience.
