Great job!!!!

Dunbar did a great job in fixing a broken toilet flange that had just worn out over the years. They were extremely quick, professional and did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished. I have some other plumbing work coming up in the future and you can be sure I will be calling Dunbar to do the work.

Very happy with these guys. Brian did an amazing job. He fit me in as soon as he could and fixed a major blockage. Price was fair as well. Would definitely use them again.

Don't you all just love Yelp?
I do and my last yelp contact was exceptual. I contacted Dunbar Plumbing on Friday with a non emergency request for a running toilet and Brian, the owner replied and came early Monday and fixed two toilets at my request.
Great guy, efficient work, honest rates and now my always plumber.

Jim has alway fielded my calls and has been nice and as others have said patient. I've always seen his trucks at Oaknoll Condos and decided to call him and I'm glad I did. They are able to get a key from the office and are quite knowledgeable about the units, the layout and the equipment. We are super happy with his service and recommend his company which I believe also has an A rating on the BBB site (Better Business Bureau).

The nice plumber did a good job snaking out the clog in the Kitchen sink clean out pipe. The only issues were that he did not clean up the major mess from the pipe snake out, soot on the back wall of house and patio, I had to clean it up, also charged around $50 higher than competitors. I left a text for the owner, still waiting for a reply back.

The owner, Jim, he's so patient and kind. My water heater broke (it's located inside my condo in the kitchen), and it was leaking into the downstairs condo! He was so busy, and I was extremely stressed out because I was also at work (crisis field)!! He listened and was understanding. He worked with me and help me with my homeowners warranty, calling them repeatedly (3-times!). He sent a really great employee out who took care of the situation really well, along with being professional and polite, and left my place clean. I called Jim so many times and he always answered!! Really understanding person who is professional and skilled!! You won't be disappointed. (He's got the greatest Scottish accent, too!)

We just used Dunbar Plumbing to repair a slab leak in our hot water line. I called Jim (Dunbar) and left him a message in the evening not expecting to hear back from him until the following day during normal business hours, but I got a call from him that night! After explaining the symptoms to him on the phone he called his leak detection guy and got back to me again that evening (2 more times) with plans to swap the gate valve on the hot water heater with a ball valve (to fully turn the hot water supply off to the house) the next morning. This allowed us to turn the hot water off when we weren't home, but turn it on briefly for showers, then back off again. The leak detection guy would came out to map out the pipes, find the 2 manifolds and determine where the leak was occurring. Both Jim and the detection guy suggested doing a reroute of the hot water line instead of digging up the slab to fix the leak. They could not guarantee that once this leak was repaired, there wouldn't be another issue somewhere else in the slab in the future. As a side note, I spoke to a colleague at work who ended up fixing 3 slab leaks in his house over the years...all in the hot water line. When Jim and his crew showed up to do the work (on time btw), I was expecting 2d to complete the job. They sectioned off the the work areas with plastic to minimize the mess to the rest of the house. Then they said they would be completely done THAT day. They finished the job, cleaned up everything and were completely done just after lunch!! Could not be more satisfied with their work and dealing with them as people -- all good guys!!
