My $600 dental device fell down the sink and was stuck in the p-trap! I couldn't get it out myself so I called Dunbar since they are popular in my condo complex. Brian came over and saved the day! He arrived quickly and rescued my dental appliance from the p-trap. It ended up being much cheaper than buying a new dental device! I would highly recommend them to others.

Called and left a message asking for help with a plumbing leak. Jim returned my call, and after I explained the problem, he said that he 'probably couldn't make it today', but would call me back. Of course, he never even bothered. I got the distinct impression that because my plumbing problem wasn't going to be an quick-n-easy service call, that he wasn't interested.

Don't waste your time with guy. Very unprofessional.

Also, be sure to read the hidden reviews ""10 other reviews that are not currently recommended"" located at the bottom of his page. I wish I had done this first. Others also had similar complaints.

Jim Dunbar has been and is my go to plumber for many years. He is very fair and honest. For example, when my late model HD water heater crapped out, instead of recommending it be replaced, Jim got me on the tech support people who walked me through a diagnostic over the phone and ordered a replacement part- Henry installed it - he's a great young man!

I highly recommend Dunbar Plumbing. We had an underground slab leak. Jim was great! He returned my call promptly and was at my house same day, he coordinated with pinpoint leak detection who also did an amazing job. Jim is very knowledgeable and made suggestions.
Henry made our repairs the next day and Jim was in and out to supervise. They make a great team. Henry was also friendly and professional. The restoration crew was very impressed with how fast the plumbing was fixed. Dunbar is reasonably priced too. He even looked at some other plumbing issues we had.
