I am sad to report my disappointment in Dunbar Plumbing. I have used them before and always found them honest and performed good work. I had a slab leak and scheduled a leak detection company to come out, followed by Dunbar. I scheduled both of these services two weeks out since I was out of town. Two days before the appointment, Michelle from Dunbar texted me to cancel the appointment, stating that they were in the middle of a very large job and no longer available. The soonest they could come out would be in one month. She went on to state that she was out of town when the appointment was made and she just saw the notes about my appointment. This left me high and dry scrambling for a new plumber that I thought I secured weeks ago. This appears to be an unorganized business and will jump at the chance for the biggest job to come along with little disregard to keeping the appointments they have. I will no longer recommend them or use them, and I would be hesitant that they keep your appointment because they will jump at a bigger opportunity, if one were to present itself.

Very reliable, showed up when they said they were coming, and did an excellent job. I called several plumbers prior to hiring Dunbar and they were all very flaky. Henry was my plumber and he new his stuff and did a grear job. I highly recommend Dunbar Plumbing.

Brian came the next day after my call. He came, introduced himself and started to work. He diagnosed the problem, went to work and was done. Nice man and very professional. Defiantly would use this company again.

Have a oak tree in my yard which has found water, my toilets water. David came out promptly when they said they would. Worked very hard getting the drains cleaned all the way to the front of the house. He explained every-thing he was doing, cleaned everything up. I've used them before and will continue to use them, David and Brian. I have not had the oportunity to use Henry yet.

I made a call to get service done at my home and Michelle the front office lady who dispatches the plumbers was very rude and unprofessional. No work ethic, very poor customer service. If you have a first bad encounter when you call you can only imagine the poor service they'll provide.

Said they would be here between 11-1. Arrived around 1:30. Less than 2 hours of work and the bill was $500 for labor. Cleared the kitchen sink, 2 sinks in the master bath, and for the small leak around the base of the toilet (installed in 2018) - claimed the wax ring needed replacing. There was no smell - just a little bit of water. $250 to replace a wax ring and supply line (that's what was on the invoice, but did not see any parts coming in or old parts taken out.) (My daughter was home and hadn't dealt with repair before - didn't know to ask, and the person didn't tell her until it was time to pay. Checked the security camera footage. No parts coming in, no trash/old parts coming out) Was here less than 2 hours, and $500. Maybe they are great and worth the price for more technical jobs that some other reviews describe and were so happy with the work. Maybe other reviewers aren't concerned with pricing. Really disappointed that is the way they do business.

I'd give 10 stars...100 stars! We had a small plumbing job that another plumber totally botched up and charged an enormous amount of money. Bryan came out and with existing parts, got it exactly right. Fixed the other guy's mess all for a single service call. Can't recommend highly enough.
