Fantastic! Natalie called back immediately, came quickly and worked fast to snake our sewer (one of those jobs that can't wait). What a neat lady, professional, great customer service and of course solved our problem! I will certainly call this ""smart"" plumber when I have a ""dumb"" clog! You should too, you will be happy. I don't see too many women plumbers - I don't remember seeing any women plumbers, actually. Natalie is great! She is punctual, pleasant, smart and knows what she is doing.

Natalie is legit. Very responsive through the yelp messaging option, even responded late in the evening. She showed up on time and unclogged our sewer main and had good suggestions for preventing the same problem in the future. Reasonably priced!

AVOID! Toilet clogged and she used a Kinetic Ram in lieu of a snake that actually goes deeper down the line. Hence the fix was quick (10 min) and temporary. Just over one week later with little use, clogged again and she refused to come out again. I spoke to other plumbers and they said if she used the pump, she's not a real plumber.
She had a snake there but did not use it.
This was a 6:30 am call, so she charged me $400! Others said they can come out a little later and snake for $250.

Don't use Natalie. She offers absolutely no guarantees unlike other plumbers. Avoid her unless you want to waste your money. Unprofessional. Doesn't know her trade!

RESPONSE: My people been using it for years without clogging after a qualified plumber cleared it with a snake so her lame remark that it was clogged that day is dumb. As you can see here this is how she'll treat you, argumentative and refuse to make it right after $400! Air compresses, a snake doesn't. Dumb plumbing is an appropriate name.

Not sure how this business has 5 star reviews. We contacted this business to help unclog a bathtub that drains very slowly (if at all). Natalie responded promptly and quoted us $150. She arrived, spent less than 10 minutes with the bathtub, and said she was done. It seemed like the tub was draining a *little* better (but definitely not fully), and it was hard to tell because it was empty and she just ran the water for a little bit, so the tub didn't actually fill a substantial amount to see if it really drained well. We trusted that she had fixed it. Well, 4 hours later, it was back to the same slow/no draining. I emailed her a day or two later to let her know that it wasn't draining. No response. We're out $150 and feel totally scammed. Beware.

Natalie was quick and got the sink unclogged. She also gave tips to avoid future clogs and discussed future jobs without hesitation. I will definitely be calling her back next time!

We had a blocked kitchen drain in our Piedmont home that came up two days after Christmas. Our ""usual"" plumbing company was available--next week! We were fortunate that Natalie was able to squeeze us in before her normal appointments. She was very responsive and professional. Showed up early. Finished quickly and neatly and was a pleasure to deal with. I did not ask her whether she does other plumbing work or not but I would not hesitate to contact her for it. Great outcome!
