Called Dumb Clogs after hours after I had given up on a clogged kitchen sink. I had tried it all- taken out the disposal, enzymes, hot water, draino, even a snake. In the process of trying to fix my leak I re-installed my disposal improperly. Now my sink was amazingly both backed up and leaking!

Dumb Clogs to the rescue. Natalie was able to make an appointment the very next morning first thing. She arrived on time as we agreed. She was professional and knowledgeable. In a short amount of time she had set up and begun power snaking the problem.

The snaking proved more difficult than ordinary, but she persisted and succeeded in clearing what appeared to be two major clogs. She checked under the house and seemed to be trouble shooting the issues on multiple levels. Very professional. Given the trouble the clog and leak presented she was quick to solve the problems.

Upon leaving she cleaned up not just her equipment and the understandable mess from the work, but put back all my cleaning supplies under the sink I had taken out prior to her arrival for her to work.

Finally over the course of the time she conveyed useful tips on pipe maintenance and what products to use or not (Hair and Grease with hot water yes, draino no).

And most importantly her charge was very reasonable for the service. Highly recommend Natalie for your dumb clogs.

Natalie was willing to come the same day that I called, which is amazing given that it is right before a holiday. She was prompt, worked hard, and charged a reasonable price. My only concern is that her machine scratched my floor.

Natalie was great! Our sink was clogged and she said she could come out that day (Sunday), but if I could wait until Monday, it would cost me less. I appreciated her being upfront about that! So, we scheduled her to come out first thing Monday morning. She even texted me that morning to let me know she could come even earlier if I'd like - which was great!

While she was here, she worked! I don't know what was going on, but it was a challenge and she fixed the issue, as well as tightened and changed the pipes that my husband had worked on earlier.

Natalie is really great! She responded on yelp right away and when another company no showed on me she came the very next morning. Arrived early and worked really hard on what she thought was going to be a quick clog fix. Because of how the existing plumbing in the house was done, her snake accidentally damaged a toilet. She immediately took responsibility, got a new toilet and replaced it at her own expense. She then called a different company because the issue was more than the quick fix that she thought and got them there right away to help assess the issue with a camera. Very personal and professional and would call her again in a heartbeat! Thanks Natalie!

I don't see too many women plumbers - I don't remember seeing any women plumbers, actually. Natalie is great! She is punctual, pleasant, smart and knows what she is doing.
