Natalie (pronounced nuh-TAH-lee) is everything you need her to be, knowledgeable, accommodating, punctual, and super efficient. She didn't mind letting me and my daughter watch her work - and WORK she did.

Natalie was able to book us quickly to solve all our problems so we could get back to life as usual. She explained what the issue was and gave us next steps to follow.

The price stayed exactly the same as her original quote.

Called Natalie on the fly at 6PM on a Sunday and she was there in less than 30 minutes. Fast, efficient, and excellent service. When a 50' snake didn't work, she grabbed the longer one and fixed the issue. We will definitely be using them again!

Excellent! Called and spoke with Natalie about a clogged kitchen drain/issue with the garbage disposal; she said she could arrive within the hour - and she did. Natali was on time and very pleasant and friendly. When she needed a snake with a narrower head to get all the way into our 1927 drain pipe, she called anther 5 star rated plumber, Mr. Fix It Right, who was as nice as she is and they worked together on the (really awful) clog until I had a free-running pipe again.

The price was reasonable, especially for the amount of hard work it took to open the drain. I would call either of them again. It was nice to have a woman working in the house, too, since I was here by myself.

We called Dumb Clogs on a holiday. Natalie picked up the phone immediately and made an appointment for 3 pm as we requested. She arrived exactly on time. Our problem was tough to deal with, tree roots in our lateral line, but she worked diligently until the problem was solved. She did not charge extra for coming out on a holiday.

So far my experience with Natalie has been great! She contacted my company to help her customer out on a water extraction job in Berkeley. Before she arrived to the job, she called to give me a heads up that she will be needing our service. And then once she was at the customer's home, she hooked us up with the customer immediately to help coordinate things.
