i wish i had read the revews before hiring this company, we had a furnace f ailure in Gnrdnerville Nevada the technician said that the furnac e could not be fixed due to water damage we agreed on a new furnace and we were charged $4,500 with insta llation we accepted the deal because we did not want to leave the tanant without heat in the middle of winter, as son as the technician left the tenant noted a leak dukes sent a technician to fix the leak but the tanant still noted water leaking again when we called Dukes to fix it they wanted a credid card because they said if the leak ws not related to heiir work they were going to charge us anoher $150.00 just for going to the house we tried to explain that the leak wasin the same place they argued and demanding a credit card before they go to the house to check it out they ripped us off with the furnace price they did not do a good job and demanded more money only when we told them that our son is an attorney and we are going to take them to court for damages they agreed to fix the problem ,i hope we do not have to deal with them again.Very bad people.ND,CALIFORNIA1

Our furnace wasn't working well so I called Dukes, they came out that day and did a temporary fix, it works great, so the guy came back today and put in the ordered part, it works great, we are so pleased with the fast and great service, for sure would recommend :)

I will never use this company due to the worst experience with customer service I have ever received. I called to schedule some repairs on a home and when asked how the bill would be paid I stated ""through escrow""...in a split second the manager said she was sorry they don't accept that thank you for calling and hung up. She did not give me even a second to respond....obviously she could have just said they don't accept payment through escrow and we could have easily solved the problem by working out payment on site....not accepting through escrow is not that odd anymore, but excuse me if I don't know your specific policies...I am absolutely appalled at the attitude and will never recommend this company to anyone based solely upon the experience in scheduling.

We called Dukes to get a quote, and he then charged us for a service call when completing the bid, before he or his staff lifted a finger. If we did the work he bid for, he would waive that charge. WTF? Protection racket! I have never been charged for an estimate before, buyer beware! Go somewhere else, there are lots of plumbers you can use instead of this shyster.

DO NOT USE...Had them come out last year and gave me an estimate to fix my A/C which they charged me $110 for. They gave me an estimate for repairs, along with prices for 2 different new units. I decided to hold off until now. I call again July 5th and asked for the copy of the estimates that they did, which they sent. Then called back and wanted to schedule an appointment for the repairs only, not for a new unit. They said ok and gave me a date and time a week out. Less than 24 hours when they were to arrive, I got a phone call saying that they could not do the repairs at the estimated price but would be able to come out to give me a new estimate and that it would cost ""A LOT MORE"" for the repairs. When I asked why they didn't tell me this when I called to schedule, the lady started screaming at me saying ""I TOLD YOU"". Well B*%#!... if you told me that, then why was my appointment scheduled for repairs?
I FEEL THAT BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT THE NEW UNIT, THEY WANT TO JACK UP MY REPAIRS INSTEAD! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, OVER PRICED! NOT WORTHY OF EVEN 1 STAR. WILL NOT EVER USE OR RECOMMEND!

I will never use their service again over priced slow workers only does have of what you paid them todo. Charged for a flex hose when they used the one I already had there. Spent 3 hrs todo a 1hr job. copied and pasted my husband signature on another page 3 times that we never saw.Then when I office for a detailed invoice it took 3 weeks and 3 calls then I have called 4 times to talk to the owner. Yesterday was the last time I call the woman that answered the phone called me an effing liar and stated I only wanted money back. Do not use if you are a women or a senior.

I had Dukes install some new faucets and sink drains after I had some new vanity counter tops installed. I usually do this kind of thing myself but it is getting more and more painful to crawl around under a sink so I hired someone to do it.
They seemed to think it was necessary to use all new parts for the drain system and supply lines and replace all of the shut off valves. I went along with it since I had never used plumbers before and assumed that this is standard procedure.
Well when I got the bill I was kind of shocked. What I thought would cost a couple of hundred dollars ended up slightly over a thousand dollars of which about half of that was for parts.
Well it gets worse folks. After they left my wife noticed water under one of the master bathroom sinks. After I verified that the drain line was leaking, I checked the other sinks and three out of the four sinks they plumbed had leaks. Some had more than one leak.
Of course I called them back in to fix the leaks and it took two call backs for them to fix the leaks.
Maybe I just had bad luck but I will not use them again or recommend them to anyone

Well it is almost two years now since the drains were installed and I just noticed one of them still has a real slow leak. It has damaged the floor of the cabinet. I called Dukes and they said they only have a one year parts and labor warranty. The nightmare continues!

I used Dukes plumbing I was impressed how fast they came out I called several plumbing companies they are the only one's thatcalled back I would use them again. I thought the price they charged me was high but looking at what others would charge they were reasonable

I have used Dukes Plumbing several times. They show up on time. Their prices are reasonable and the help is courteous and helpful. I will continue to use Dukes and recommend them highly.

We tried or had gotten bids from other contractors for insulation of Air conditioning, we called a week before set up an appointment with Dukes and met with Kirk he was knowledgeable and gave us a bid, then we asked when they could get going? He said ""Tomorrow "" We were like awesome get the check book, other contractors like Summit plumbing were weeks out or were to busy to give us a quote.
There crew two guys a tech and helper showed up the next day and ripped out the swamp cooler and in a long day had it installed. Note we had our electrician hook it up and Voila we had AC, we also highly suggest a Smart thermostat which Dukes included in bid.
Dukes pulled a permit like professionals with the county and weeks later we passed inspection. We are very please with there work and price.
