Alex, the owner of Ducks Plumbing is an honest person.

I called Alex with my plumbing problem. I very quickly felt at ease by our first conversation. I knew I was in good hands.

We replaced a water heater in our home and the hot water wouldn't work after we were done with the install. No chance of fixing it on our own.
I found Alex on Yelp and called him based of his Yelp reviews. Every single review was positive and that's what I like.

Alex came over the very next morning(it was close to 7pm when I called and he picked up), he came and immediately turned the hot water level in which we set on the water heater stating that it could burn out sooner that way.

Alex knew (and so did I) with the amount of corrosion coming out of the sinks that out hot water pipes were bad and needed to be replaced. I knew this day was coming after buying the house.

I was very scared that this wold not be affordable. IT WAS. I didn't at all feel taken advantage of. The job is and was a big one. Price was reasonable and if you pay cash there is a small discount.

The work was done in a few hours and we have no complaints.
Alex and his helper put down drapes so they wouldn't make a mess, and cleaned up after themselves. :)

Excellent service from Alex at Ducks Plumbing! We had a pipe leak in the wall that flooded our house and ruined our floors. We called a different company who broke through our walls to access the leaking pipe and shut off the water. He informed us that it was a defective pipe called Kitec, (which is not covered by our home insurance) and that the whole house plumbing system had to be replaced and would be done through the walls and attic. Between dealing with our living situation, insurance and getting quotes for the repipe, Alex from Ducks Plumbing was the only person who checked the attic and was thorough explaining how he would strategically make the openings in the walls less invasive to reach the pipes. After he left, he sent us a quote within 20 minutes, which was very appreciated since we needed to make a decision fast. His quote was reasonable and fair. He surgically opened the walls for the repipe, since we need to pay for the drywall/resurface. He got the job done quickly and efficiently in less time than the other companies said it would take them. It was the best thing to be able to have our water back in our house and finally get out of the hotel with our dog and go home. We would highly recommend Alex for any of your plumbing needs and concerns.

Alex responded to my families water heater emergency quickly. His product knowledge and resources were instrumental in a faster turn around time than the other businesses I had phoned. 4 other companies I phoned told me I would have to pay for an initial service call for diagnostic, parts would be ordered it could take a couple days, and then I'd pay for another service call to repair it, days without a hot shower oh my!!!
Alex located the part, kept me updated and had it repaired in less than 24 hours!

Alex did an awesome job installing a new faucet on my newly installed sink. He reconnected my garbage disposal and made sure everything was working correctly. I had a 27 year old, 70 foot section of outdoor yard and downspout underground drain that was clogged with mud and debris. Alex was able to unclog the drain using his Hydro Jetting Machine in less than an hour! Alex arrived five minutes early and charged a reasonable, fair and competitive price. Alex showed up to our total kitchen remodel with a smile and a can do attitude. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. By far the hardest working contractor we have had on our project yet. He performed major plumbing changes such as moving water lines, installing new sink, tapping into main drain, RO system, and propane line addition. Before Alex two plumbing contractors dropped us because the job was too complex for them. My wife is very uncomfortable with unknown contractors in the house, we are both scared to death to get our house butchered and getting overcharged. She was extremely comfortable with him and had no problem leaving him to work alone. He treated her with total respect and answered all of her questions until she completely understood. Alex repeatedly checked in with us to make sure everything was where we wanted it and to make sure we were happy with his attention to every detail. Wy wife and I had a couple marital disagreements regarding details and he handled it like a pro and put us both at ease with a professional solution. He spares no expense on investment of high end tools and uses all quality materials. All of his custom manifolds and work looks so good its hard to put drywall over it.. He gave us a very good price to do the work, it took him 2 days. He showed up on time and finished the job quicker than expected. I can't say enough about Alex. He is a real class act hard working professional and we look forward to finding another reason to have him back. Thank you Alex for leading us to make our dream kitchen a reality!
