Alex is incredible-reliable, diligent, kind, polite, and so knowledgeable. He just finished re-piping my home and replacing my water heater and it was such a good experience. And on top of everything I ask him to do, he even helped with some plumbing issues around the house out of curtesy. I really appreciate him and his kindness. Days later, I got fed up with a slowly developing plumbing issue and so I called Alex in for another project. He came by and pointed out a home solution I should try first, and it totally worked. He literally talked himself out of a job. That's the kind of honesty that goes a long way with me. Plus Alex is polite and clearly articulates the problem and proposed solution.

I've had so many bad customer experiences in other realms lately, it was truly refreshing to have such a positive one. Ducks is legit. Five stars!

When my husband called to make an appointment, the owner was very helpful, super talkative and clearly passionate about his trade.

The Tech was great! He called ahead to ask if he could come early, was friendly, wore a mask, and after he done inspecting the Unit, explained the next steps.

While he was waiting for information on a part, he asked how long ago we replaced our filter. He took a look at it, had us pull it out, and ran the unit to see if that did the trick. Low and behold, the pilot lit and we were good to go.
