Rey was sent out--absolutely one of the most professional tradesmen I've ever met. He was courteous, kind, and great conversation. I'm thankful for him explaining the weirdness that comes with an old ass home's plumbing. I also appreciated his recommending a tool for a homeowner to prevent needing to call a plumber and the tips on how to use it.

I've had a couple other plumbing projects, but glad I found Ducks and Rey. They'll definitely be my plumber of choice in the future.

Alex & Ducks have always done fantastic work for us. The most recent experience was at the home of my parents with their technician Rey, who provided the same excellent service & care that we have always received from Ducks. We had an older faucet that needed replacing & Rey made a fantastic choice for us. He also requested all the parts needed from Moen & Grainger to fix a couple older leaking kitchen & bathroom faucets so they didn't need to be replaced at all just repaired. Ducks Rocks!

Go with Duck's, you won't regret it!!
I'm a first time homeowner and bought my home a few years ago. The home I purchased is an older home and unfortunately with buying an older home, it comes with a lot of much needed repairs and upgrades. I first contacted Duck's during the Summer of 2022 when I noticed my AC wasn't working properly. I spoke to Alex, he scheduled an appointment for me right away and within a day or so Alberto came to inspect my HVAC system. Alberto has years of experience and was very honest from the beginning, which I truly appreciate. He told me my HVAC system was really old, about 15-17yrs old, and needed to be replaced. He told me he would try his best to repair it but I would eventually need to replace the whole system. After my heater stopped working during Fall of 2023, and many repair attempts (all done by Alberto), I finally decided to invest in a new HVAC system. I called Duck's to get a quote, Alex was very thorough, explained the cost and the job in detail. The cost for a job so big can be very intimidating, but Alex and Alberto worked with me and made the process easy. Alex even called me a few days later to tell me about a great deal their supplier was having. I scheduled an appointment and two days later Alex, Alberto, and Rey replaced my HVAC system and bathroom fan IN A DAY!
Duck's customer service is absolutely amazing! They truly care about their customers and want to provide them with the best service. It's very rare to find authentic companies who genuinely care and want the best for their customers. In an addition, all extremely knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Duck's Plumbing Heating and Air! There is no doubt I will be using their services for many years to come. Thank you so much Alex, Alberto, and Rey!!!

Update to my review from 2/16/2017:
Years have passed since my last review and there really is only one name in plumbing and heating and air I ever want to call. Ducks has done 10's of plumbing repairs, HVAC replacements and repairs, full supply line replacements, sewer line repairs and replacements, and the list goes on and on. Every single time, they bring so much value, it's incredible. First off, they care, they seem to really go out of their way to do the job right the first time and not leave anything to chance or leave anything done in a sloppy fashion. This includes entering your home, before they step inside they always put shoe covers on, which shows attention to detail. They installed a Heat Pump for me after my HVAC kept going out season after season and was rusted out. I LOVE it! I've had some questions on a few things since and called them up and got an answer from the actual person who did the work within minutes. I didn't have to wait hours or days for someone to hopefully get back to me. The benefit of Ducks in my opinion is the same person who comes out and understands your problem to determine what the proper fix is, is the same person who is doing the work. There are no ""salesmen"" here, just a small mom and pop company that does quality work for a fair price. Thank you Alex and the whole Ducks team for taking care of me and my clients year after year now. I appreciate you very much! Keep up the excellent work.


Alex with Ducks takes service to the next level. He listens, educates, and does amazing work. As a Realtor I've had run into plenty of service techs. Alex really really impressed me from arriving early, to explaining the service he was about to perform, all the while he explained what he discovered as he continued through his process. When his sewer inspection was over, not only did myself and the client understand all the options we were educated about the process, and felt like he had answered all the questions before we had any. What really set his service into the exceptional realm for me was, we had a few other minor issues that perplexed us with the home and Alex was able to fix one in a moment, and the others he explained the issue and would be willing to take of them no problem when the work began, and the only reason be didn't at the moment was he came for an inspection and the tool he needed was not on this particular truck. He is genuine, honest, and exceptional at explaining things. I highly recommend Alex with Ducks plumbing and drain!

We would give six stars if we could. Ducks replaced our air conditioning system and is the best out there. We got estimates from everywhere- Home Depot, Lowe's, A-1, Bonney, Sierra Pacific, Gillmore, and a couple smaller shops. We went with Ducks because

- They have the highest Yelp and Google ratings
- Their pricing was the most reasonable for what we had installed
- They were responsive, always same day replies, often immediately
- We felt comfortable with how they consulted with us on several options and the trade offs in long term savings vs. cost of more efficient equipment
- They were respectful in our home, respectful in how they spoke of their competition
- They were most concerned with the problems we wanted to address and how we wanted our home to feel.

The three man crew Alex, Berto and Rey installed the system in one day, cleaned and tidied up and left without a trace that they were ever there. Our home feels amazing.

Amazing service! Alex is prompt, courteous, reasonably priced and did an excellent job replacing my 24 year old leaky toilets, and fixed the hot water handle on my bathroom sink. Quality service at an excellent price. Highly recommended.

So, being in the trades myself, I know when I'm over my head. My HVAC system had finally died. Also, being a father to a brand new baby girl. I needed a new system fast! And I know the difference between needing a few parts, and needing a full system swap. Having previously worked for larger hvac companies in the past. I knew that wouldn't cut it. I needed quality, and dependability. Luckily, I knew who to call. DUCKS! I knew I'd get quality, affordability, accountability and dependability. These guys were on top of it! Alex and Berto showed up promptly, evaluated everything. And guess what, they gave ME options! Instead of telling me that i needed stuff i really didn't. They talked with me about budget, equipment, install time, everything! Next thing i know. They had the system equipment, duct work, and all permits ordered and ready. Fast. The install went completely smooth, Alex, Berto and Ray were total pros. I mean, the baby even slept during part of it! They were clean and respectful of my house and family. Took care of all the mess. Hauled out all the trash, my house was more clean after they were done. I'm super grateful for the job they did. I can actually put a blanket on my baby girl tonight because my house is finally cold!!
