We had marcal at our home doing work last evening and he was a great rep for the company ,fast,effiecent,very friendly and helpful qnd very thoughtful in regard to keepong home cleqn.He was fixing a busted toilet at 6:30 pm and had job done in 50 min. I was expecting to get hammered on rhe vill but from that it was fair,i think we have dound our plumper for all future work needed

We had our septic tank pumped about a month ago and ever since the ground looks like it's been falling into a hole that wasn't filled or the lids not on right, so we called them back and let them know what was going on and luckily we had the owner come out and fix it for us. He poured concrete over the lid I guess to fix it instead of getting a new lid, AND he decided to use our shovel, because he wasn't prepared. And instead of bringing some fill dirt like he said he would the previous day he decided to dig a hole somewhere else to get dirt and put a pool floating on top of it!! I sat back in awe watching this guy on our security system. THEN had the audacity to tell my husband that """"we normally charge people when they ask us to come back out"""" like no your employee messed up my yard, you're going to fix it!

Everyone I spoke to were very polite. The people who came out to pump out our septic tank were very nice and did a great job. They were fast and didn't leave behind a mess. I would recommend to anyone who needs their septic tank pumped out to call the Duck.

I believe the service received for the price is unmatched. I had a wonderful experience with Brian! This is in response to Jeff in Customer Service. I'll give you credit for defending your team. However, your response is not accurate. I did not insist to speak with Lia on the American Home Shield issue. The representative I spoke to was the one that did this. As I stated earlier, I would have spoken to anyone. Even though AHS rejected clai, I still wanted work done and was going to pay for it myself. I did not insist on talking with Lia. Your company also made an appointment and sent me an email day before confirming it was on. No one showed up. People make mistakes, but please do your homework before responding.

I called Duck Duck Rooter on a Friday and told Jason, the person who answered the phone, that it wasn't an emergency. Jason told me that he could call me the following Monday mid-morning and we would set up an appointment for one of his technicians to come out to the house and check out a drainage problem I was having with my washing machine. Well Monday morning rolls around they don't call so at about 12:30 I called them up spoke to Jason again who told me he would call me back shortly and that there was a technician in my area that would be able to swing by and look at my problem. It's now over a week later he never called back and I never saw a technician. Evidently my business wasn't important enough to him to bother returning a call. So if you wanted to be treated disrespectfully and unprofessionally I recommend Duck Duck Rooter. You could bet your bottom dollar that will be the last time I call them and I damn sure won't be referring anybody to them. Hopefully I can find a plumbing company that will show me some respect and actually call back after I've spoken with them and not lie to my face and not bothér calling back. If you don't want/need my business or just too busy be upfront and say as much.
