I was very impressed that I received a text this morning that not only told me who my technician would be but send a picture as well. I was very impressed. We had a terrible experience with Duck Duck Rooter. Two failed repairs by an inexperienced technician left us without water for 5 days and then we were billed for the warranty work when a more experienced technician came out. I have half a mind to report this company to the better business bureau for fraud. Now, here's what happened - we called the aforementioned company for an emergency repair on July 1st for a leak on an outdoor copper pipe that led to an outdoor spigot. The technician came out and worked on our piping, but the result was our copper pipe had a huge gash from the jackhammer work performed and had a pinhole leak. The tech's solution was to mechanically fasten a rubber piece to the pinhole leak and call it a day. We paid the technician $306 for his serviced performed that day. Later that night, our front yard had a huge puddle of water from the still leaking pinhole leak. I called DDR to come fix it. The technician immediately told me, and kept saying over and over, we would need to RE-PIPE OUR ENTIRE HOME. He attempted to repair the leak by cutting away more pipe, and the second fix also had a large leak in the shark bite he used. He also gashed my pipe a second time! He immediately told me he could not make the repair and that we would need to do a re-pipe. He called a colleague and told me it would cost $10,000! What a scam. I called the company back and fortunately a very good plumber came out and fixed the mistake. Lo and behold, on our 6th day we were able to turn our water back on! But, the ultimate slap in the face was when we got billed an additional $420 for what should have been warranty work. This company is a total scam. They attempted to hide their mistakes by selling me a way overpriced re-pipe on my house. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS.

I am very happy to say that our leaky, kitchen sink is now FIXED!!! Jeff N reached out & the very next morning two ‍‍ very experienced looking guys came & got the job done quickly, effectively & at NO ADDITIONAL COST!!! I am really impressed with how personable & helpful Jeff N came across, as well as how polite & punctual the employees we came in contact with were!!! It's very nice to know that if something goes wrong, there are people to support you & make things right!!! Definitely will be trying this business' other services!!! Thank you & God bless!!!

Needed to replace my septic system and these guys did a fantastic job. I was especially impressed when one of their workers identified a problem with the new main tank. Without me being told there was a problem, this young man contacted the office, removed the defective tank they had just set in the day prior and replaced it with a defect free unit. They owned the problem and made it right. We talk about customer quality each and every day in my profession, and Duck Duck Rooter's install team demonstrated what that means. Bravo Zulu.

They came out to pump out our septic tank. Told we would pay by check yet they ran it up on visa. They did not give us an estimate nor did they give my husband a receipt. When I looked at my Visa they charged us $400 to pump out a very small septic tank. Will be calling tomorrow and complaining.

We called Duck Duck Rooter Plumbing as we had a plumbing issue. Unfortunately, the first experience was not the best however, when it was brought to their attention, it was immediately rectified. Kyle was fantastic and knew exactly what the problem was. We would absolutely recommend this company and use them again in the future

This is in response to Jeff in Customer Service. I'll give you credit for defending your team. However, your response is not accurate. I did not insist to speak with Lia on the American Home Shield issue. The representative I spoke to was the one that did this. As I stated earlier, I would have spoken to anyone. Even though AHS rejected clai, I still wanted work done and was going to pay for it myself. I did not insist on talking with Lia. Your company also made an appointment and sent me an email day before confirming it was on. No one showed up. People make mistakes, but please do your homework before responding.
