Used duck duck once before when I bought this home, so I knew I could rely on them. They arent always the fastest to arrive, but when they do the work is top notch. This was t an emergency situation so, the fact that they had to bump me out a day after I was oroginally scheduled wasnt a huge deal. Upon their arrival they quickly identified the cause for my backup, a clog between the house and the tank. They also however gound that my pump had become fisconnected from the drainfield, and tho it was not the cause of my current issue, it certainly wouldve have become a major issue at some point. They of course repaired this as well, with new piping and connections. They did a quick, and great job on fixing my issue. Will def be my go to for any problems in the future.

I had a clog in a pipe leading out of the house from my laundry room. For the first visit (cost $150) a tech came out and broke his equipment trying to break up the clog. Had to schedule another visit. Earliest the next tech could come out was 10 days later. Robert came out (no charge) on a Friday and suggested it was the septic that was the problem. Monday around 3 p.m. Mark came out to look ($150) and was able to unclog the pipes and get water to flow freely again, so he fixed the problem. Suggested a septic pump out (it had been 4 years since the septic was installed) and I agreed. Two techs came out the next day and pumped out the septic ($400). Overall, I am pleased wth the service. Would have been nice if they had fixed the problem sooner and saved the cost of a visit, since at $150, they are not inexpensive!

They came out to pump out our septic tank. Told we would pay by check yet they ran it up on visa. They did not give us an estimate nor did they give my husband a receipt. When I looked at my Visa they charged us $400 to pump out a very small septic tank. Will be calling tomorrow and complaining.

went into the Blanding office on 4/5 and scheduled an appointment for 1000 on 4/8 With the girl at the front desk for a bathroom fixture replacement. By noon on 4/8 I called and they said I was not on their schedule. so got David Grey Plumbing to fix my problem.

After getting my washing machine installed, one of my worst fears happened and the laundry box was broken. Upon install. I called duck duck router who got a plumber out within the hour which is almost unheard of on the weekend. For me. The phone service agent as well as the plumber that showed up (Ryder) both had amazing customer service skills. Ryder showed up and made sure to diagnose. There were no further problems with the system. He hooked up the new box and measure to leave an absolutely spotless site before he left. He even helped me push the washer back into the space after fixing the box. I will be using this company again for their quality of service and amazing customer service skills

They were very professional, explained everything in detail about pumping out the septic tank and when things were more complicated than expected, they didn't even charge more than quoted. An excellent value, especially when we'd researched reputation and gotten quotes then they didn't even charge more. They even called to see if they could come early. Everything we requested was done and I'd definitely recommend the company to anyone.

Hi, JEA notified me I had a possible leak. I contacted Duck Duck (love their name).
