Had a Moen shower valve that needed to have a cartridge replaced and a new handle. Repair was done in less than an hour and I got charged $345. (Less a $20 online coupon.) The worker was friendly and did a good job, but seriously, $345/hour? I neglected to check Yelp before hiring. That won't happen again...

Realized the septic tank in our new home was full once all the toilets started backing up. Neighbor gave us Du All to call. Said it would cost $2600 to empty and clean tank! When we asked if there were any other options, the rep said """"oh you must want a side job."""" No warranties. Price $1300, We would pay $700 on a check and $600 in cash. Wha?? Didn't sit right with us. Called another company while they were still there, $700 for everything! So this thief was going to pocket $600 cash in his own pocket? Wouldn't even budge when we called him out on it! Stay far away from Du All

Do not use this company. Way overpriced and not professional. Scheduled a plumber to my condo on a Tuesday. He priced a job to replace my main water valve in my condo at $365. I said to the plumber that the amount seemed high and he called his manager who said that was the price. Now I already invested time with this company waiting on the plumber so I agreed to his price though I knew I was likely paying too much. Then the plumber says he does not have the parts to make the repair and we scheduled them to come out 2 days later. The plumber arrives late on Thursday and is a different guy, not the one who came out on Tuesday. He is under the impression that he is here to estimate a job. I explained to him that the project was already priced and that he was here to do the valve replacement. He of course has no parts and had to go to a plumbing supply store to get them. He leaves at 1PM and does not return until 3:30PM. Meanwhile while I am involved in this mess with Du-All there is another unit in my condo building that is getting same type of work done by another local plumber and the other plumber came out and did the project in 1 hour and charged this other unit owner $250. I talked to the manager Abe at Du-all and he said he did not see any issues with the way this project un-folded. When I asked whether he could adjust the pricing he finally relented to give me a 10% discount for my troubles but he said """"That he is unwilling to match a price of a 1 van plumber"""" as I said to him, why would I care if a plumber I called had 1 van or 1000 vans. The other guy did the work in 1 hour, was on time, was prepared and had the parts in his van and was $115 cheaper. So basically what should have been done in 1 hour took the entire day. Plus water had to be turned off to the entire building all day. A total waste of a day for me. My issues are not with the plumbers, my complaint is with the management of the company. I would advise not use Du-All.

So I called Du-all plumbing because my toilet wouldn't stop running and I knew the stopper mechanism inside needed to be replaced. The guy quoted me $378 and I was shocked! I got him down to $300 after he """"called his supervisor"""". But it took him 20 minutes to do the work and the parts could not have been more than $15... So I am paying $285 for 20 min of work... Never again! I wish I had never agreed.....this should be considered price gauging!

Really overpriced. I honestly believe the service tech was quoting me a price he believed I would accept. I was in a pinch and needed the job done, so I conceded. On top of that, he told me I needed an additional service, when I balked at the additional price, he asked me, """"if I believe in God"""", if so, he'd do it off the books for half that price. Unprofessionalism & tardiness is what jumps out at me, when thinking about these guys. If your not in a jam, you can definitely find a more affordable plumber.

Poor service, i had a tiny leak from the back of my toilet and the guy they sent out just had to change a small hose then charged me $500 for it and if that wasn't enough he had the balls to hit on me and asked me on a date, i felt really uncomfortable and unsafe the whole time he was at my house, if your a single girl like me i wouldn't ever call this company

My husband and I called when our septic tank overflowed right before a busy work week and not being able to be home a lot. We decided to call Du-All and on a Sunday afternoon they were able to come right out and fix it. Thankfully the price was reasonable and the service was fast.

Unbelievably terrible company - do not use. They are a rip off. We are selling our house and had a septic system inspection. We have been using their services to do yearly pump out for several years. We come to find out that a normal pump-out here in Florida is around $300.00. The cheapest bill we got from them was $800.00 and up to $1700.00. They always had some extra to add that apparently was never needed. We almost failed the inspection and would have had to put in a new drain field. We're told by the inspector ( very respectable ) that the product they gave us to help with the system actually had the opposite effect. It was killing the good bacteria and in this way would require their services more often. They know this and purposely did this so that they would make lots more money. The inspector told us that he sees this often and mainly in houses that use Du-All services. I am going to complain to the BBB and Tallahassee, as I do not understand how they still have a license in this state. I am furious and will tell everyone that I know how crappy they are.

avoid at all costs !!!!!! general manager abe diaz """"garbage disposal is your problem, all garbage disposals in florida don't work if you want your sink to drain . """" abe went on to tell me that in california they work fine. humm ? my sink drained just fine for about 10 years . then it started to run a little slow . after the first visit from du-all it did not drain at all. this last call was not about drainage . it was because a part pipe vent fell off that they installed, what a mess. abe says hey wedid not charge you. we can fix that for $400 more $ not including the 279 already paid! ripoff ripoff
