i recently used Du All plumbing for a newly purchased condo in Boca Raton. First time out they were 4.5 hours late, but I must say the tech they sent was a gentleman and stayed until he finished the work contracted. 2nd time they sent a moron who completely hacked my bathroom flange, not having a clue he said he was going to get parts (they carry nothing on the trucks) and never returned. When I called their office their GM (Abe) seemed like I was bothering him. I had to bring in another company and they refused to clean up the mess (hack job) made by Du All. I finally found a small local plumber who had to charge $265.00 extra for damages caused by Du All, to complete what should have been a simple job. I will never use them again. Showed up late and without even the basic parts needed to complete a job started a day earlier. Watch out!!!

Moved into a new house slept one night the next morning the sewer was not draining. Called this company asked if they had a camera so they could check to see what the problem was...they said yes. I requested their service. When they arrived they did not have the camera...went ahead and asked them to snake. They began to snake out my line...but didn't have a long enough or wide enough snake. The repair man (Robert Ferreira) said he would have to take off my toilet that was closer to the presumed clog and snake it out from there. Done...they left...next morning the sewer did not drain asked them to come out with camera to find the problem. Repair man did come out...no camera...said could again snake out drain but would have to charge extra if they used the camera. At this point I had already been charged about $500 for the first call. Not only extra for the camera but could not do it until the following week. However they would gladly snake it out again....sent them on their way and called another plumber. I too will be filing with the BBB.

This is one of the worst companies to deal with. Called guy came out. I had a leak under my floor. The guy called 4 times just to find my home. Told him where the leak was. He drilled a hole in the tile and there was the leak. Told me he could put in new lines and gave me a price. I said that was to high, but thanks. Comes back with a low price. I said ok. Works all day and can't get the job done. Tells me he will come back. Give him money....big mistake. Take the day off. Call no show. Finally shows tell us he can't do the job someone lost there phone ect... Call the company to make him leave....They are a told rip off. This is not a plumbing company....

Unbelievable service. Tim C. was our technician, showed up in a timely manner, his work was flawless. The price was totally in line with the service performed. Tim was polite and efficient. Could not ask for more!!

They are corks. Told me $250 then said $500 to replace the valves and put in the faucets that I already bought and had the old ones out. That's horrible that they think they can screw with someone. I will find someone who's not a crook. Good luck!!

My husband and I called when our septic tank overflowed right before a busy work week and not being able to be home a lot. We decided to call Du-All and on a Sunday afternoon they were able to come right out and fix it. Thankfully the price was reasonable and the service was fast.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF! Du-all came out to our house to pumped out our septic tank, and didn't seal the cover nor did he do a full check/service. The week following, it's been raining and all of our toilets are now backed up. They say it's not their fault. Okay sure... Abe is the rudest supervisor/manager I've ever spoken to. First of all he asked what my problem is and as I begin to speak, he immediately interrupts me. Numerous times. Then says """"how can I explain this in the simplest way"""" like I'm stupid? I will NEVER use this company or recommend this company to anyone! They are money hungry and commission based so of course they tell you there's no issue from us, we'll come out again or oh well that's going to be a bill in the thousands. That's complete BS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

avoid at all costs !!!!!! general manager abe diaz """"garbage disposal is your problem, all garbage disposals in florida don't work if you want your sink to drain . """" abe went on to tell me that in california they work fine. humm ? my sink drained just fine for about 10 years . then it started to run a little slow . after the first visit from du-all it did not drain at all. this last call was not about drainage . it was because a part pipe vent fell off that they installed, what a mess. abe says hey wedid not charge you. we can fix that for $400 more $ not including the 279 already paid! ripoff ripoff

Poor service, i had a tiny leak from the back of my toilet and the guy they sent out just had to change a small hose then charged me $500 for it and if that wasn't enough he had the balls to hit on me and asked me on a date, i felt really uncomfortable and unsafe the whole time he was at my house, if your a single girl like me i wouldn't ever call this company
