They are corks. Told me $250 then said $500 to replace the valves and put in the faucets that I already bought and had the old ones out. That's horrible that they think they can screw with someone. I will find someone who's not a crook. Good luck!!

Richard came today & helped us with our backed up toilet & bath witch was a night mare . Till he came & fixed everything was VERY helpful & knowledgeable . Answered all questions & even helped replace our toilet handle . Very satisfied & def recommend (:

I had this company come out to my home. My septic was backing up into my home. Not only did they have someone out with in and hour, they fixed problem and charged me less then the other companies I had called. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing services.

This is one of the worst companies to deal with. Called guy came out. I had a leak under my floor. The guy called 4 times just to find my home. Told him where the leak was. He drilled a hole in the tile and there was the leak. Told me he could put in new lines and gave me a price. I said that was to high, but thanks. Comes back with a low price. I said ok. Works all day and can't get the job done. Tells me he will come back. Give him money....big mistake. Take the day off. Call no show. Finally shows tell us he can't do the job someone lost there phone ect... Call the company to make him leave....They are a told rip off. This is not a plumbing company....

i recently used Du All plumbing for a newly purchased condo in Boca Raton. First time out they were 4.5 hours late, but I must say the tech they sent was a gentleman and stayed until he finished the work contracted. 2nd time they sent a moron who completely hacked my bathroom flange, not having a clue he said he was going to get parts (they carry nothing on the trucks) and never returned. When I called their office their GM (Abe) seemed like I was bothering him. I had to bring in another company and they refused to clean up the mess (hack job) made by Du All. I finally found a small local plumber who had to charge $265.00 extra for damages caused by Du All, to complete what should have been a simple job. Unbelievable service. Tim C. was our technician, showed up in a timely manner, his work was flawless. The price was totally in line with the service performed. Tim was polite and efficient. Could not ask for more!!

We have had DU ALL plumbing at our house 3 times within the past year. The last visit was in 4/16 and finally figured out that there was a crushed pvc pipe leading out to the drain field that was causing the back up. Replacement of the pipe and high pressure flush of the drain field pipes and tank was $1100 with a 6 month warranty. Now it is 11/16 and we are having back up problems again. 24 hour service but nobody is answering the phone...fed up with this company. Don't waist you money or time with DU ALL.

Had a Moen shower valve that needed to have a cartridge replaced and a new handle. Repair was done in less than an hour and I got charged $345. (Less a $20 online coupon.) The worker was friendly and did a good job, but seriously, $345/hour? I neglected to check Yelp before hiring. That won't happen again...

Realized the septic tank in our new home was full once all the toilets started backing up. Neighbor gave us Du All to call. Said it would cost $2600 to empty and clean tank! When we asked if there were any other options, the rep said """"oh you must want a side job."""" No warranties. Price $1300, We would pay $700 on a check and $600 in cash. Wha?? Didn't sit right with us. Called another company while they were still there, $700 for everything! So this thief was going to pocket $600 cash in his own pocket? Wouldn't even budge when we called him out on it! Stay far away from Du All
