Lori K.Incorrectly installed a hot water heater. Would not stand behind their work and charged $350 to come out when it stopped working. After charging me $350, they could not repair the water heater they installed. I had to go to the manufacturer for help. General Manager for Du-All Plumbing is rude and useless.
