Lori T.Incorrectly installed a hot water heater. Would not stand behind their work and charged $350 to come out when it stopped working. After charging me $350, they could not repair the water heater they installed. I had to go to the manufacturer for help. General Manager for Du-All Plumbing is rude and useless.
David B.Terrible company. Called for plumbing service(leak) They gave me a 4 hour window, between 2 & 6 pm. Called at 5:50 and said they wouldn't be able to make the appointment. I would not recommend this company ! If I could give them 0 stars I would !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
