D'Spain Sales & Service, Inc. Lois and Wiley D'Spain established D'Spain Sales and Service in Bandera, TX in 1974, after they took an opportunity to acquire the HVAC, appliance, and water supply units from the Langford Company, where Wiley had served for 10 years. Early on, Wiley had an innate aptitude for all things related to mechanics and a true passion for wind power, having grown up on a farm in a nearby county. Lois grew up in Eastern Texas and eventually settled to Bandera, TX after a delightful visit one summer. She and Wiley had been together for 23 years before founding the business. Wiley handled all of the AC, home appliance, and water well product sales and assistance, while Lois managed all the bookkeeping practices. Putting in late nights and weekends after her primary job, Lois oversaw all the financial and financial practices of the business.

As a manager within the business, he encourages and recognizes his team for each credential they achieve.
