Had a roof leak with resulting ceiling damage. The HOA sent Dry Master to handle the repair. It took several visits by different specialists. The final restoration of the ceiling and wall was done by Daniel Rosario and Blass Teran. They were great, very thorough and professional. Super attention to detail. It was obvious they have experience in working together as a team. They interacted with each other very efficiently. I highly recommend them and their firm.

They had two weeks to schedule everything. They were supposed to come out on Friday. I took the day off of work they were supposed to be here between eight and nine, They called me at 10 o'clock and said they did not have all their paperwork together and they have to reschedule. They definitely do not have other ducks in a row.

Wow, we had water damage and had another company out to dry it. DryMaster did the restoration. Honestly, it looks like it never happened. I'm more than impressed with the quality of the work. I can't speak to the speed because we as customers were bad at keeping on top of things and were not in a rush. But the quality is outstanding.

Very poor service. Poor response times. Poor communication. No care or concern for the customer. It took a week to get someone to my house and then they didn't show up. I kept getting calls to move my appointment to another time or day as the technician wasn't going to be able to come. I was told they were managing the technician schedule and had other jobs they had to work in - so I was bumped. This happened several times. Throughout the process the woman managing the scheduling showed zero concern for the problems it caused me as I have to take off work each time an appointment is scheduled to meet someone and let them. Probably my worst experience with a service provider. I won't ever use them again.

I had a leak in my ceiling so in turn a plumbing company had to cut into my dry wall leaving a huge opening. Dry Master came to patch the dry wall. Alfonso C. was the technician on the job and was great! He was professional, efficient and polite. He did a perfect job and I will be recommending Dry Master to any friends...ask for Alfonso!!!
