Look no further, this is the place to call. We had a terrible mold situation in our new house and the company we hired was a disaster. We started looking for another and found this one by their 5 star reviews on Yelp. And a 5 star business it is. Merco answered my call immediately, and put my frantic mind at ease with his super easy going nature, and amazingly was at my house in 10 minutes. True he happened to be in the area, but still, who does that?! He did not charge us for the visit, he used his fancy (i.e.expensive)mold machine to check our air quality- at NO charge. Another company had charged me $200 just to show up and literally do nothing. This company goes above and beyond the scope of work, and is honest about what you need, vs what you don't need. We brought him back to do the final air testing and will never consider another company for mold or leaks EVER again. Thank you Dry Pro for saving us $1000's of dollars. We greatly appreciate your amazing work ethic. You've earned a customer for life.

If I could give Merco and his team 100 stars, I would. Their customer service is top notch. We originally used Merco for a sewer line inspection last year. He was great! Most recently, we were having a problem with the shower in our master bathroom -- a horrific smell was coming out of the shower every time we showered and would last for about 45 minutes and then would go away. Merco wasn't the first plumber I called. In fact, I forgot about him. But no one could figure it out. Then I remembered Merco and how great he was. I looked back in my records, found Merco's info and called him. He responded so quickly and when I didn't respond, he called 2 times to follow up (I had 2 sick kids, which is why it took me so long). He remembered me, my house, the layout and had some ideas based on our phone call. When he arrived, he was not alone. The Monday before Thanksgiving, he brought a crew of 3 people based on what I had described and the fact that other plumbers couldn't figure it out. His team flushed out the pipes and the vents. They brought with them a special hose that they use for commercial projects which was exactly the power this project needed. He also suggested that we may need an entire home filtration system because we were getting white water stains on our shower and appliances. He was almost sure of it. He ran out to his car to get the water testing kit. Came back inside, ran the test and surprisingly said that my water was actually great. He didn't try to sell me on a 5K home filtration system once he realized we didn't need it. He could have lied. He could have pushed it. I was already convinced because of some issues we had been having. But he didn't. He is as knowledgable and honest as they come. They also went under the house to make sure all of the pipes were okay and he gave us some suggestions based on the layout for the future if the smell comes back because we do have some old cast iron piping that may have some goop getting caught up in it. iAnyway, I digress... We ran the shower and voila, the smell was gone... until the next day. It came back. It wasn't as strong, but it was there. He texted me the next day to follow up and I let him know that it was still there, albeit less. He texted on Wednesday to follow up again (the day before Thanksgiving). We wrote back and forth and came up with a plan. He said he would get back to me the Monday after the holiday to see how it was going. By 8am Monday morning, I received a text checking in on the shower and the smell. Happily, at this point, the smell is almost completely gone. This is a VERY long winded review all to say that Dry Pro Restoration is the best Plumbing Crew around. They were a pleasure to work with. Yes, I said a pleasure. Who writes that about a plumber? This girl. Because they are seriously the best!

This guy ....... THIS GUY..... what can I say!?!? He's GREAT!!!!!

We had developed a huge wall leak that turned into a huge mold problem in our master bathroom, Merco and his team came in and saved us. He was extremely communicative, transparent with information and explanations of what was going on and how long it would take. He was personable, honest, and delivered exactly what they told us we were going to get. He easily laid all our worries about hiring a restoration guy for the first time, to rest.
