I can't say enough!!! Merco & his crew are life-savors! My hot-water heater burst while i was out of the country & flooded my garage and pantry. Merco worked quickly with the woman watching my house to begin the drying out and restoration process. By the time i got home, he spent countless hours walking me through what needed to be done and weighing the options. he was fair, available & most of all, honest. Marcos ,of Dry Pro Drain, was extremely helpful in executing a mainline sewer inspection that uncovered a collapsed sewer line in a property that I was selling as a flip. He explained the options and provided a clear estimate of the work. The work was scheduled for the next day. Marcos was there in person to oversee the excavation and to uncover the fractured pipe.
A spot repair was performed to replace the broken pipe and render the sewer system as fully functional. The work was completed in one day with a clean work site and virtually no signs of digging. The buyer and agent were very happy with the outcome as was I.
I appreciate the responsiveness and work that Marcos and his team did to help me keep the sale of this property on track.

Beware, Drypro is not a licensed company with the California State Contractors Board. What they are doing is illegal in most cases. The owner , Merco says he uses a buddies license, which is also illegal. i was shocked reading his proposal and recommendations from a sewer inspection he did for a future home buyer.

Without a State license, he can not perform anything over $500 labor and material. His estimate was for thousands. Totally illegal. He's been warned and you too should be cautious.

update to the review.

I did the reinspection of the sewer and hydrojetting of the line. the cleanout was 3'' and not a 2'' as noted by Merco. the line just needed some roots cut out and not thousands of dollars of repair. Both the owner and buyer were present along with all the agents. All were pleased with the final results.

To follow up with your comments. You presented them a 6 page written contract with your company name including all the required state contractors information on your proposal. That would be fine if you were a licensed and a c-36 plumbing contractor. But you're not. So once again what you're doing is ILLEGAL. And bringing your friend into it is also ILLEGAL for him too. You're not even listed on his license as a salesman for his company.

41 years as a plumber and 19 years as a licensed plumbing contractor, You really don't want to challenge my Knowledge.

If you really feel you are doing nothing wrong, then I guess i can turn over your contract with the state license board and have them be the judge. Honestly , why not become legal and get a license. you've got a lot to loose what you're doing now. Just trying to help, Most are not going to be so helpful.

Merco was great to work with. His team discovered the mold under our window due to a leak and quickly provided a remediation plan. Dry Pro services is by far THE BEST services ever guarantee these other yelp reviewers are definitely right on with their reviews as well that is why they have 5 stars, would give them more than 5 stars if possible. I had a molding issue in my living room caused by a slab leak, which was going on for awhile without me noticing it. I called many molding restoration company to come take a look to give me an estimate and they all gave me a price range from $2,000+. I called Dry Pro to come take a look and give me an estimate of $400. They definitely saved me TONS of money and we also talked about how other companies charges these crazy prices. Dry Pro is definitely a company that is willing to tell you what the real issue is and fixing it rather than trying to take your money out of your pocket for unnecessary reasons. I will definitely be in contact with them in the future for any molding for even plumbing needs and also spreading the word about this company amongst my family and friends. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

I'd give 10 stars if I could. This was a fast and seamless process. Just last week, I discovered that some mold had developed under my kitchen sink from an old leak. On Friday, I contacted two companies that had excellent Yelp reviews and had them come out for an estimate. One presented a scary scenario of hazmat suits and predictions of widespread damage, even potentially to the neighbor's condo. Mind you, it was maybe a 1"" x1"" swatch of mold was all that was visible. The price quoted was astronomical as was the predicted time frame to treat (up to 5 days, if I recall correctly).

Then Merco arrived. He immediately eased my concerns, gave me a fair quote on price and time. He and his crew were able to come out today. They addressed the problem quickly treating the very small area of mold, removed the old warped cabinet floor and replaced it with plywood. They painted in cabinet interior and were done within 3 hours! I was amazed given the predictions of gloom and doom I was provided by the other company. I highly recommend Dry Pro and Merco.

I called on 4th of July and Merco PICKED UP! Can you believe it?? He was able to come to our place right away and give us a helpful diagnoses of our mold issues....for FREE! What's more is that he gave us some simple suggestions to fix the problem ourselves! Such a relief and we wish everyone could have the work ethic and morals of Merco. We were preparing to sell a home that had we discovered had mold in and around the water heater, the laundry area and the kitchen. Merco came out and gave us a comprehensive quote and timeline for the remediation and repairs. (Note: Many places will only quote the mold part and then you have to find a contractor to repair the wood/walls -- Dry Pro does it all, end to end)

The crew started the work a couple days later and had it done in a few days. The work was well done and cleanup was top shelf.
