I had a slab leak and the nightmare that followed was unsettling. My trusted plumber referred me to his overly eager restoration guy who was ultra pushy about unloading his equipment right there and then and getting the dry out process started. That was before I even heard back from my insurance company or the leak detector had pin pointed the source of my leak. I've never gone through this ordeal before and wasn't sure about the process or steps to take. I decided to look someone up on yelp and Dry Pro stood out with the great reviews and ratings.

Merco was super nice, punctual, professional and thorough; he didn't just go through motions with his sensors etc, he dug deeper and looked in places that the leak detector, two plumbers and even my Insurance adjustor didn't think to look! He located moisture in the wall behind my custom in-built closet and some warping on the base, which led us to added moisture and hidden mold that could have been easily missed. If that wasn't caught, I would have just dried out the area, fixed the plumbing and the floors while the unseen mold continued to creep and grow!!! Ewww!

From the moment Merco showed up and gave me advice, I felt he was on my side and had my back and honestly that's invaluable when you're going through the chaos of having your home torn apart and life temporarily upside down. He also does the reconstruction/rebuild and his guys did a great job with rebuilding my walls, insulating, patching and painting the drywall and exterior stucco, they showed up on time, Kept everything clean and finished up on time. Merco kept in touch throughout, updating me while I was at work. I highly recommend Dry Pro and will refer him to family and friends! You're in good hands.

Merco is the man. I found him on Yelp based on all his positive reviews, and he lived up to the hype. He was able to quote me a reasonable price just using photos of the water damage I sent him. Great communicator throughout the whole process and uses text to provide updates with photos during the process. He's a great all-around friendly dude as well. We have had tons of rain, just had a baby, and discovered a large mold problem in our house. We called Merco on a Friday evening, he fit us into his schedule to check things out on Monday, and all of the work and remediation was done by the following Monday. They had to gut out walls, treat the mold, dry out everything, and put it all back together. Oscar came to help with the work and did a phenomenal job. Our house looks better than it did before, and no more mold!! Awesome work, great price, super nice guys!

The Details of It All: After experiencing excruciating headaches, chest pain, wheezing and pain in my lower gut for several months in addition to going to several different doctors who were unable to diagnose the cause of my symptoms, I had a friend suggest a possible mold infestation. There were some leaks in the roof that happened last year, so while the thought did not cross my mind that mold could cause my symptoms, having a possible mold infestation was not a crazy idea. In an attempt to grab samples of dust to run an at-home mold test, I stuck my head up into the skylight cavity in my bedroom. As my eyes peered over the cased edge, I was greeted by a very thick layer of mold growing around the interior perimeter at the base of the skylight. Helllloooooo, Mold! Needless to say, I had a problem...a very moldy one.

After researching six different companies that handled mold remediation and contacting several to discuss the situation at hand, Merco at DryPro promptly responded and treated the situation with immediacy and class. He came to the house to take a look to see if he could be of service and graciously answered a long list of questions I had in regards to mold, cleaning, the safety of the products they use, timeline and procedure. Based upon the quotes received, Merco's thorough procedure, quality & safety of products and knowledge of mold are what made DryPro the for sure choice.

Merco and his team came in and did a full day's work of removing the mold, fogging, and cleaning the vents to the HVAC system. Care was utilized in protecting all furnishings, clothes and other belongings during the process. The shower tiles in my bathroom were even thoroughly cleaned to make sure there was no mold left in my space. When I came back to my place, I immediately noticed a difference in the air quality. I no longer experienced wheezing in my chest when I entered my room, which I was and still am extremely grateful for. My sleep quality has increased for the better, and I no longer wake up in the morning with an excruciating headache. In addition, my lower gut has mellowed out...amazingly enough.

Mold is a very serious issue. While some professionals may think mold is not a major concern, it is. If you are looking for a professional team to give you back the quality of life you deserve, I highly recommend Merco and the DryPro team. It is hard to find people who are as professional, patient, thorough and willing to honestly answer any and all questions you have; however, they exist with DryPro.

Dry Pro was great and their service exceeded my expectations. I called them on a Wednesday night at 8:30pm and surprisingly they picked up the phone to help me with a very urgent drain clearing job. Their crew was out the next day as requested and stuck with the job until completed unlike the other plumbing companies we had used for the same issue in the past. In summary, great service and would recommend to others.

If I could give Dry Pro Restoration more than 5 stars, I would! I had an emergency situation at my home recently which was uninhabitable. I called 4 companies and Merco from Dry Pro was one of the first ones to respond. He came over that same day. There was no hesitation that he was hired on the spot, as he was far more knowledgeable and professional than the others. And he had more tools for assessing the situation immediately.

He and his assistant started soon thereafter with the remediation and I couldn't have been more pleased. Merco was informative (explaining every step he was doing), speedy (remediation was done in one day, with subsequent follow-up), clean (the place was spotless when he left), communicative (he texted me with his arrival time, departure time, and everything he found), and his follow up skills are to be envied. He's asked me numerous times since his departure how the property was holding up. He also saved me money where another company suggested that I do further testing, which was unnecessary. A gentleman and a scholar - that's hard to find these days.

These guys are awesome! I had a malfunctioning washing machine that caused a leak in my kitchen and bathroom. Merco, the owner, was super responsive when I first called and he was over the next day to inspect the damage. I really appreciated how he walked me through the entire process and even worked with my insurance adjuster. Long story, short - the guys got rid of all the mold and reconstructed my home to my high standards. Merco was always accessible and even came by a couple of times to check on the progress. Needless to say (and knock on wood), if I ever have another issue, Dry Pro will be the first ones I call!
