I can't speak highly enough of Merco and the Dry Pro Restoration team. I had a leaky in-wall air conditioner that caused the surrounding wall to develop black mold (the scary kind). I called DryPro and Merco subsequently followed up with an estimate. His level of knowledge on the subject had me feeling reassured from that point on.

Once the work began, his team was efficient and extremely professional. They were also friendly and super easy to work with -- always a huge plus. A day and a half later, they were done with what was previously quoted by other companies to be a 5+ day job. I am so impressed! They did an amazing job with the mold remediation as well as the reconstruction of the wall area. FLAWLESS! Clean air again. I would never go anywhere else!

Merco and his crew were amazing. He saved me a lot of money. There were no hidden charges. We had mold kind of everywhere. He did not charge me extra when found more mold at other areas while during remediation. Others wanted to charge per area and even more if found elsewhere. I am glad I found Merco. I highly recommend his crew.


Merco was so nice to stop by and did not charge me extra for using his thermal machine to make sure all mold issue has been cleaned up. We can all sleep better now.

A few days after moving into our new house, a problem occurred - one of our bathrooms abruptly stopped draining. On our friend's recommendation, we called Merco and Dry-Pro. He came in and assessed the situation quickly and accurately. Our old, cast-iron pipes were on their last legs, and needed to be replaced! It was a huge job, but Merco was great. He gave us a good price, was fantastic to work with, and the job itself was complete within 2 days! He even came back a few days later to fix our dryer vent at no charge, which was installed improperly. (He had seen it while he and his techs were under our house, in the crawlspace.) I'm super grateful for the awesome job Merco and his crew did fixing up our pipes.

My husband and I had an unfortunate incident of a water leak last week in our garage that was caused by an old dishwasher that had a specific part that wasn't replaced properly by the previous home owner.

We were very concerned about the damage and possible mold growth especially since we were expecting our first baby. My husband found Dry Pro on yelp which had impressive reviews.

I called and talked to Merco. He was able to come the next day for a free estimate. He was very professional, courteous, reliable, and punctual. He would always text when he's on his way. He explained the extent of the damage, assessed it by using thermal imaging camera, and told us the cost of water restoration and mold prevention. No hidden fees here! I liked the fact that he took off his shoes and brought booties since we have brand new carpet.

Merco and his staff returned the following day. They contained the area in the kitchen, sprayed the anti-mold product in the cabinet and used the dehumidifiers. It took 2.5 days to dry everything out.

After everything was done, he showed me the results by using the thermal imaging camera, the mold particulate sensor machine, and even checked for carbon monoxide since I expressed concern that one of our alarms were beeping. The area was dry and no mold or carbon monoxide detected :) Being an anxious mom-to-be he was very patient with answering all of my questions and concerns. All in all I would definitely recommend Dry Pro! We were happy with their service!
