We had a leak in our wall, Merco and his team worked to figure out where the leak was and kept the damage to a minimum. After the leak was repaired, his guys did a nice job patching things up and even came back a second time to match up the paint on the exterior of the house.

I had a great experience with Merco and his team at Dry Pro. They repaired my water damage in the living room and redid the waterproofing on the exterior of my house as well.

Merco came out to my house quickly and was able to rapidly assess what was going on with the water situation. At my home there was an exterior siding board that was soaking up water from a broken sprinkler pipe, and that had basically sucked water into the living room through the drywall, molding, and carpet.

Merco's team was able to tackle the interior water damage as well as rework the exterior of the house so that it was properly waterproofed and wouldn't leak again. A few other companies that I spoke to were not willing to fix the root of the problem on the exterior of the house.

It was really great that they were able to dry and treat the water damaged areas as well as do the reconstruction! Most other companies simply do the deconstruction and then leave you searching for another contractor to put things back together -- Dry Pro did a great job on my drywall and paint, and even found a match for my unusual baseboards.

Once I got in touch with Merco, everything went really quickly. He met me one day, had his team there the next morning sealing off the space and doing mold treatment, and finished the reconstruction in time for the holiday weekend. It was great to have the house dried out and back together in time for Labor Day -- ahead of schedule.

Merco is super responsive and made me feel very comfortable. He took a crummy water damage situation and made me feel confident it would be resolved -- and then his team delivered.

Merco and his team are trustworthy professionals. My husband and I had a leak behind our shower. When I explained the damage to him and the suggestions we got from a plumber, he said that we didn't have to do all the work we were recommended. He immediately made an appointment to scope out the damage and provided us a very reasonable quote the next day.

Surprisingly, the other companies I called did not rebuild the walls they break down, requiring a separate contractor, or they didn't even pick up the phone! When we first called a plumber about our issue, my husband was ready to go forward with the referrals the plumber gave us. It's really no wonder why he has all of these 5-star reviews!

The leaking in our shower has stopped, the water damage has been tended to efficiently, and our wall looks like new! We cannot recommend Dry Pro Restoration enough. Thank you so much, Merco! You're the best!!

This company is unbelievable in a GOOD way!! I had a huge pipe burst in my home that damage 3 floors of the house. Being a first time home owner with only 1 year under my belt I had no idea what to do. I found Dry Pro on yelp and contacted Merco. Merco is the man, he made me feel like family. He is patient, understanding, professional, and more important honest. Merco explained everything to me and walked me through the process. His crew came and neatly (which is also important) prep the damage area and placed several different pieces of equipment for drying. Merco was even extremely patient with my SLOW insurance company which is another example of his professionalism. Dry Pro is the way to go, they will NOT disappoint!!! Merco and his crew dried, repaired and eliminated my kitchen water leak and mold problem in a most timely and professional manner.
