I had a clogged shower drain and found Marco on Yelp. He answered the phone right away and gave a very reasonable price over the phone. I gave him my address and he showed up less than 10 minutes later. He immediately fixed the problem and ws done in 5 minutes. He was very professional and I loved his attitude. To our dismay, we recently discovered a leak under our washing machine which we then found out had been going on for at least 3 years. We started removing things from the area (washer/dryer, flooring, cabinets) and found mold and water damage that went all the way to underneath the house! You can imagine the damage a constant, 3-year long drip of water will do!

It was a pretty scary situation and we felt very helpless not knowing anything about mold. As a matter of fact, when it comes to mold, it seems it's a prime situation to be taken advantage of since you can't verify that what you are being told is true or not (other than what you can see which is usually the tip of the iceberg).

My neighbors had dealt with mold in their bathroom and had a pretty bad experience with the service they hired to remediate it, so I couldn't ask them for a referral. I went on Yelp and found Dry Pro Restoration which had GREAT reviews. Everyone recommended Merco for his honesty and professional service so we gave him a call (on a Sunday nonetheless).

Merco called me back immediately and we made an appointment for the next day. He was super helpful and extremely professional from beginning to end of our experience. The whole thing was seamless and I would say affordable, especially considering the mold/water went through the subfloor all the way to the support beams under the house. Two days later and we were back to normal - I can't put it into words the relief we felt.

If you have mold issues, I am very sorry and I feel for you. I recommend Merco and his crew so you can quickly go back to a normal, stress and mold free life!

IF YOU HAVE MOLD, USE THIS COMPANY!!! I cannot emphasize this enough. After finding roots growing through the walls in our downstairs, my husband broke through the wall to discover black and various shades of mold, the toxic kind, growing erratically and everywhere. We have insane allergies and not going to lie, we were stressed.

Merco came out immediately, clearly explained the process, and the very next day, he and his crew were here working. Honestly, this is the guy you want to write a review for. He is AWESOME. So down to earth, so helpful and considerate, and he and his guys did an amazing job! After they cleaned all the walls, eradicated the mold and disposed of all the infected materials, he runs a factory grade HEPA all through the night, and the next day he tests to make sure all the particulates are gone from the air. It smells like a whole new house down there!

This is the kind of company you want to do business with!!

I had 2 mold reports from 2 mold inspectors that were conflicting. Merco looked at both reports, free of charge, and spent a lot of time with me explaining what the differing reports meant and how best to proceed, and why. He was very patient and informative and never pushy. His bid was also very competitive, so I ended up using him for the mold remediation. They did a good job, and clearance test passed perfect! Hopefully, I will never have any mold issues again, but if I do, I know who to go to

My wife and I were concerned after receiving a mold report on a home we were buying; the other mold remediation company said that we basically needed to put the house into a bubble for a few days minimum and spend a few grand that we didn't have to eliminate the mold. Merco came right away to inspect it for us, saying, ""Uh, no.... This is no big deal at all...."" and saved us big time! HUGE HUGE HUGE. He absolutely won our business for the future and long haul. About a month ago, I contacted Marco regarding a water damage and mold issue which has spread all the way to my daughter's closet. Dry Pro was actually the fifth mold remediation company that I had contacted. He came over on the same day and provided me with the most honest and no nonsense evaluation and estimate. Marco was professional, knowledgeable, and confident and came up with a very reasonable estimate so I went with DryPro.

Few days later, his crew with Tony leading it came over. They were professional, efficient, and accommodating and were able to finish the job in a few days as was promised to me.

Overall, I had an excellent experience with Dry Pro in terms of quality of work, service, and price. I highly recommend them.

We had a kitchen leak in our crawl space under our house and called a plumber that our neighborhood uses (not Dry Pro). The plumber came out fixed the leak but wasnt knowledgeable about any other questions and concerns i had, especially with a newborn in the home. Should we worry about mold? What happens to the sewage down there? How do we get rid of the moisture in the crawl space? How do we get rid of the rotten egg smell in our house? I found Dry Pro on yelp and i am SO grateful!! Merco was awesome! He called me back within a few minutes and came out w/in a few hours. He checked for mold in the house using a hi tech machine. He was able to answer all of my questions and recommended a plan that was w/in our budge. There was no bs or upselling other things we didnt need. His guys Tony and Leo came out the next day in their gear and removed all of the sewage in our crawl space, spread absorbent crystals for the moisture and disinfected the area. They arrived on time, were very professional, and explained every step to us so we could understand what was going on. Merco left a dehumdifier inside our house over the weekend to get rid of the moisture in our house and put commercial fans outside our vents to help get rid of the smell in our house.

They showed us videos that our kitchen grease line was corroded and clogged. We didnt want a repeat of the same problem again in the near future so I asked for an estimate. It was better than the other estimate we got from another plumber who wasnt as knowledgeable about the situation. Again, Merco's guys came out two days later and fixed our pipe. Merco sent us before/after pictures and videos of their work which was impressive.

I know people are wary of plumbers and their 'estimates' but I would completely recommend Dry Pro to anyone who has a plumbing/mold issue in their home. Ill definitely be calling them again for any plumbing issues and am so relieved to have found this company! Thank you Merco!!

Marco was amazing. He came by the morning after I called and checked to see if we needed any work. He used his thermographer device and surveyed the area and told us we didn't even need any work. He was fast and professional, and now we have piece of mind. And it was free! Definitely will keep the number.
