We've used Drum numerous times successfully in the past but lately the service has been poor to nonexistent. Now Drum doesn't communicate issues, shows up at unexpected times usually very late, and even says unprofessional things to tenants. The last two service calls were issues where he eventually showed up late and then didn't fix, leaving the problem and then trying to charge us.

This company advertises service in Port Aranasas which is on Mustang Island. Today this company says they don't perform any services in "that far out." The plumbing services in Corpus may be good, but can't say this on Mustang Island or Port Aransas where the company advertises the perform service.

Drum Plumming did a good job fixing a valve (water which goes into my refrigerator)..........came out very quick, good price, job done.

We had an issue with our upstairs Townhouse kitchen sink. I was abit reluctant to call a professional after having two "handymen" check it for us. The sink was still backing up, draining so slowly. Drum came out the next day, wasn't real sure what to expect, however trusted the reviews I read on line. Mike came out, very professional, nice man, straightforward and honest. He explained all he was doing during the process with his machinery. He resolved our issue in a timely manner, very good about clean up. We are Beyond impressed with his level of expertise and professionalism. I recommend Drum plumbing for ALL your plumbing needs. These folks are good, honest and reasonable. I'm so glad I did my research before calling anyone. Drum Plumbing deserves 10 stars

They lied. Promised they would show at house for three weeks. Every time I called they said they would send someone out. Finale call they claimed to have lost number and could no longer do the job.

The owner was rude during his initial inspection. I caught him in a lie and he became defensive and argumentative. The guys he sent out to complete the repair were late and didn't even know what they were there to do so apparently he is unorganized and does not possess leadership traits or management skills. I have never been treated like this by someone who claims to be a businessman. I can't even talk about the actual service because it didn't go that far. Maybe they are good at what they do but I will never deal with them.

They came out to do camera view of drain pipe. Invited me to view the screen. There was some blockage and drooping of the pipe causing water belly. Instead of expensive replacement, they recommended periodic clean out, until clean out becomes ineffective. Could have up-charged for replacement, but didn't.

I live out of town and needed someone to help my mom with a plumbing problem at her house. This company came out as scheduled amd charged her a very good rate! Highly recommend!
