I had used Mr. Drum a couple of years ago. Then, he was very fair and the consummate professional. He was willing to come within hours today but suggested I call the city wastewater division first. The city to my surprise came within 45 minutes. The problem was in the main line. According to the young man from the city , was we use too many wipees. Who would've thought!!
Anyway Mr. Drum was honest and forthright. Thank God we still have honest people in the world, in our city!! I recommend him highly.

Mike Drum was fast, professional and gave me a great price. Not to mention he came out and fixed my problem on a Sunday. Roto Rooter quoted me over $400 and Mike charged me less than half that. He took the time to listen to me and to explain the problem and answer any questions I had to ask. Drum Plumbing is definitely going to be the first person I call for plumbing issues in the future. Milk the clock, came out after speaking with me on phone in which he even said my clean out needed snaked out, instead he came trying to convince me much more thousand in repairs were needed and not once would try to snake the drain, the city and another plumber came out 15 minutes later, the plumber snake my clean out and I was up and running, this guy called me back trying to get the job another plumber had to come do and I told him so he had escuses for that too, so I'm out money with him just to come out trying to get me to let him to much more than what he told me Orginaly that was needed
