Fantastic service!! Even on a Sunday. Called Lemeki on Sunday moring and within a couple hours he and his helper had our sewer connection problem solved and repaired. Very knowledgeable and competent. Polite and friendly too! I highly recommend Driptech for top quality service.

We recently had a major blockage in our main sewer line under our house that clogged all 3 bathrooms, the kitchen sink/dishwasher, laundry room, etc. Going underneath the house we discovered that the main sewer line of old cast iron was also corroded to a point that it was likely to burst - this was now a much bigger job than just clearing the line with a snake - it was going to mean replacing the entire main sewer line from under the house, under the foundation footer and out to the exterior clean-out.

We have used a very good drain plumber for years for minor work but we could not reach him just before New Year's Eve and weren't sure he had the resources to do this job anyway. We don't like taking a risk with someone unknown and tend to avoid the major companies due to poor past experiences - so we turned to Yelp.

Reviewing all Yelp references we found what seemed to be the top rated local plumber in Marin County - with 38 Yelp reviews and 38 top ratings, we called Lemeki at DripTech. He and one of his staff were at our house in about 90 minutes and did a thorough exam of our problem and came to the same conclusion - we had a main sewer line under the house that was completely clogged and severely corroded and had to be replaced. With the next day being New Year's Eve - we felt we needed a short term fix and not try to replace the line until after the Holidays. We didn't like that idea, but it seemed to be the most reasonable. As a better solution, Lemeki offered to bring in a team early the next day (New Year's Eve) and do the whole job before the end of the day.

We discussed the costs and concluded the his price was fair and he was not taking advantage of our predicament.

He and his Team were there the next morning and began the job - they ran into some other unexpected problems with the piping outside of the house but went ahead and fixed that too without charging any extra. They were done ahead of time and did a terrific job.

We like owner-operated companies as a rule and DripTech did not disappoint us there. This is a first-rate plumbing company with a straightforward honest owner, fair and competitive pricing, total customer-focus, and we highly recommend them.

I'm very glad I hired Lemeki and Driptech to come fix our kitchen drain. He and his apprentice were friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. I called him on friday, and he was here at 8:30 am on saturday. There was no drama and no surprises. The only reason that I don't give five stars is because he didn't have his primary van and some of the tools that would have made my cleanup and reassembly easier weren't available.

But I'll definitely hire these guys again. A great plumber to have in the rolodex. Hire them with confidence.

They ordered the replacement heater I needed and installed it the next day. The service was prompt and professional. And the owner personally followed up to make sure all was working well. The pipe of the main water line to our house broke late in the night. Driptech made it out by noon the next day. All said and done, great service at a great price, and they were able to fit us in sooner than anyone else in town. I'll definitely be calling them in the future for any other plumbing needs.

Five stars for responsiveness. I called three others late Monday morning and none could come until Tuesday (perhaps because this was going to be a small job? far less than an hour of work). These guys were able to come within two hours. Very much appreciated this. And they fixed the problem.

Four stars because I'm not sure about how competitive the pricing was. They seemed to charge a one hour minimum which I suppose others do. I felt the price was high for a very small job and not much travel time, but I could be wrong. I also encountered some sales pressure to replace another part, which likely would have caused the job to go over an hour. Maybe it was good advice to replace it to avoid a future issue, not sure.

On multiple occasions recently Lameki and Felix have serviced our sewer line (the landlord will not replace it) and our toilets. They are trustworthy, courteous and friendly. I call or text in the morning and have service within 24 hours. They make me feel like a priority and a VIP.
