I'm very glad I hired Lemeki and Driptech to come fix our kitchen drain. He and his apprentice were friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. I called him on friday, and he was here at 8:30 am on saturday. There was no drama and no surprises. The only reason that I don't give five stars is because he didn't have his primary van and some of the tools that would have made my cleanup and reassembly easier weren't available.

But I'll definitely hire these guys again. A great plumber to have in the rolodex. Hire them with confidence.

Five stars for Driptech Plumbing! When my water heater failed Driptech came to the rescue right away. This small but mighty local plumbing contractor specializes in customer service. They ordered the replacement heater I needed and installed it the next day. The service was prompt and professional. And the owner personally followed up to make sure all was working well. He arrived after finishing a job in San Francisco, got right on our kitchen clog and was gone in less than an hour - problem solved!

The pipe of the main water line to our house broke late in the night. Driptech made it out by noon the next day. All said and done, great service at a great price, and they were able to fit us in sooner than anyone else in town. I'll definitely be calling them in the future for any other plumbing needs.

Five stars for responsiveness. I called three others late Monday morning and none could come until Tuesday (perhaps because this was going to be a small job? far less than an hour of work). These guys were able to come within two hours. Very much appreciated this. And they fixed the problem.

Four stars because I'm not sure about how competitive the pricing was. They seemed to charge a one hour minimum which I suppose others do. I felt the price was high for a very small job and not much travel time, but I could be wrong. I also encountered some sales pressure to replace another part, which likely would have caused the job to go over an hour. Maybe it was good advice to replace it to avoid a future issue, not sure.

I think I've finally found my go to plumber. I called on a weeknight at 9pm for a backed up kitchen sink. They responded immediately and promptly showed up to fix it. I had them back for some pipe replacements shortly thereafter. Dependable, honest, friendly, comparable prices.

On multiple occasions recently Lameki and Felix have serviced our sewer line (the landlord will not replace it) and our toilets. They are trustworthy, courteous and friendly. I call or text in the morning and have service within 24 hours. They make me feel like a priority and a VIP.

I highly recommend Driptech-note that their prices are less expensive then some of the big companies and service is much more personal! They do NOT oversell. Check them out!

We couldn't be more satisfied with Driptech -- their knowledge, work ethic, and friendliness are fantastic! We had to upgrade appliances (washer/dryer) which required us to relocate all of the inputs, outputs, etc., as well as deal with water-hammer. Lemecki came out to take a look and discuss options, sent us a fair quote, and set us up with Gabriel to come out to do the work. The completed job is top-notch and Gabriel was very friendly and left a very clean work site. We're very impressed and won't hesitate to use Driptech again if the need arises. We have hot water again, hooray! Outstanding service from the friendly and straightforward Lemecki. Our hot water heater gave up the ghost and we were referred to Drip Tech by our regular plumber who was too busy to come out this week. These guys stepped into the breach and squeezed us in today, installing a new hot water heater with minimum fuss and mess etc, and at at full $700 less than we were quoted by Benjamin Franklin. Yes, $700. I know BF is an excellent company with top notch employees etc and have the overhead that big companies have, but all the same that is one hell of a difference in price for the exact same thing.
Major bonus is Lemecki's wonderful personality which makes him a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended!
