I always enjoyed having the owner do our work for us but the last couple of times they have been hiring new employees and they do not know what they are doing. I have had 2 forced air heaters installed and both where installed improperly. I had another company come out to check and they are saying i need over a $1,000 worth of work done to correct the mistakes on each unit. I called Drip tech to redo the work they did correctly but they will not honor their mistakes. This is a sign that they are not trustworthy and that they are doing inferior work. I can no longer use them or refer them.

I would give Lemeki and his crew zero stars if I could. A year or so ago, I hired this man to install a tankless water heater in our large home. He convinced us we needed two because of the size of the home. It has been a disaster! Many thousands of dollars wasted. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and may go further as he scammed me out of $7500. I am also calling the tankless manufacturer, Navien, so they decertify him as an installer. I am left with a beautiful home with a completely dysfunctional water heating system. Comes out cold forever, finally gets too hot, then returns to cold in the middle of a shower and won't heat up. All showers and faucets in the house behave differently. I began calling him a few months ago and he never came personally. Has ignored all my messages. Once called back and said he was out of town, but would come by when he got back. Never did. Do not hire this company.

Came out in 35 minutes and did a great job! Very reliable-couldn't be more satisfied especially after dealing with other plumbers today!!!

Today the pipe leading to one of my toilets started spurting water totally out of the blue. My regular plumber wasn't available, so he recommended Driptech. They came out in about an hour and a half, and fixed the problem in about an hour, including having to crawl around on the muddy ground underneath my house. I couldn't be more pleased! Esteban really saved the day, and was a pleasure to work with - extremely polite and professional. I won't hesitate to call Driptech again!

Frankly awful service - they upsold us into a tankless heater which when installed was so noisy we had to have it removed and asked for the old model back. They refused to give us our money back and in the process of putting the heaters in and out made several substantial holes in our wall that we then had to chase them to do a half assed job of fixing them. Would never work with these guys ever again and strongly recommend you don't either. We're out several thousand dollars as a result of using them.

Awful, awful experience. This business owner is not trustworthy. He installed a tankless water heater for us but did not tell us that would require a hole in the side of our house. He replaced it - after much back and forth - with a significantly cheaper tank water heater. However, he never refunded the difference. Buyer beware.

Really great crew. Answered phone, easy going, knows their stuff, very pleasurable experience and charge was reasonable. Installed new dishwasher. Some issues that were handled easily.

Bought a $750 Groe kitchen faucet...after $275 to install....they had to return twice to ""repair"".....including a $56 dollar charge for a washer the size of a dime. A shame a local service provider doesn't have the sense to u ser stand the power of word of mouth. They lost our business, and will definitely not recommend. Called 3 times for an explanation of their last charges - and went unanswered.

We have used Driptech in the past for simple sewer snaking, but this time they we needed them big time. It was the Friday before thanksgiving and our sewer line caved in on itself. The problem was very complicated since the pipe ran through the neighbor's yard and was about 100 feet long. They walked us through all of the possible solutions and it seemed best for everyone to dig a new trench across our front yard and tie into a different sewer line. They showed up early the next day (saturday) with a team of guys and started digging a ridiculously deep long trench. They worked from the morning until after sunset to get the project completed by Thanksgiving. I didn't know it was possible to accomplish such a feat but they did it. I would very highly recommend using Driptech if you are in Marin.

These guys came out in about 15 minutes to fix an overflowing toilet on a Sunday afternoon on Labor Day. Pretty impressive. They were the only plumber that returned my call today when the shit was hitting the floor. Fortunately it wasn't my bathroom floor, but the neighbor's below. The contractors who recently remodeled our apartment left an old rag in the drain. The plumber pulled it out in a few minutes after removing the toilet and running a commercial snake through the pipes. Quick and competent, though not cheap.
