A couple weeks ago electrician Nick stopped by to work on some things for us. This was our second experience with a Dream Team technician. Both times the service was prompt, friendly and fair by people who knew what they were doing. We are very satisfied and trust that we would receive this same level of service again.

I'm Reviewing solely on customer service bc I did choose another plumber (that was my neighbors friends company). But if that didn't happen I Would have hired the dream team for sure.
They actually came out on the same day I called. 2 young men Chris and Tyler arrived on time after a heads up call. They were super professional and courteous. Chris was Really knowledgeable and explained the situation and my choices.
Amazingly they were able to give me a quote and 3 options of prices and levels of work in 20 mins. All explained in details and all questions answered.
Normally I wouldn't leave a review for a company that i didn't actually use, but dear lord - even getting calls back from most plumbers is impossible. I had to beg others for estimates day after day.

On June 28th I got GOUGED!
On Jan 20th I had a ceiling fan put in and including coming out and installing the fan. It cost $200.
On June 28th I wanted another ceiling fan installed. And just in passing I wanted them to see if there was a wire loose in 2 of our light switches, (would flicker at times). Turns out he put in a new switch in 1 and adjusted some wire in the other one. Took him 15 min for both. In fact, in the itemized receipt, in parenthesis, on the bottom was written...""2 minor adjustments to 2 light switches"". THAT cost around $250! My bill for virtually the same thing I had done on Jan 20th plus those ""minor"", light adjustments was $456. I was stunned.
I did pay and didn't complain. I figured to get the info on everything from the Dream Team service managers. Sure enough....those 2 light switches, that took 15 minutes were the difference between the 1st ceiling fan price and this one.
GOUGED!
Never again.

To add....I had them give an estimate for some underground wiring running from an outlet on the corner of my house to a floodlight in the front yard to light up a tree. They gave me an estimate of $1500.
Just now, today, 7/8/21 I had the job done by an electrician. $600.
They were going to gouge me again.
I guess I should count my blessings they only ripped me off once.

The technician was very smart, competent, and friendly. The response time was quick and repairs were made in a timely manner. But, the prices were very high. A simple repair cost us a great deal of money. I would recommend this business if budget is not a concern, as they seem very trustworthy and knowledgable.

Not only did Mike and Bruce make quick work of the electrical project they came to help with - they also offered to help me move some incredibly heavy furniture up a flight of stairs without a second thought! They deserved an even bigger tip than I was able to give them. Genuinely good guys that deserve your business.

I recently purchased a whole house generator. Kelly electric provided a very fair deal. What sets them apart from their competition is how profession and responsive they are from initial contact through installation. Clean, professional, reliable, etc. etc.

We had an electrical fire in our home on a Saturday evening. I called the emergency lines for three well-known, local electrical companies. Kelly picked up the phone at 10pm on a Saturday, and had someone at my house early Sunday morning... I did not hear back from the other companies until Monday/Tuesday, and by that time Kelly had already started the work on my home. I'm grateful for their responsiveness. Not only that, they were wonderful to work with, dealt directly with my insurance company to ensure I was getting the best coverage, and did an outstanding job in the work on my home. The staff is friendly and courteous, and they do very good work. Cannot recommend Kelly highly enough.

I hired Kelly Electric to replace my antiquated breaker panel. They did an excellent job. They showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. I called Kelly Electric to switch out a couple overhead light fixtures in my condo. They refused to give me any kind of cost estimate. They charge $69 to come over, look at the job, and provide the estimate. If you approve the estimate, they do the work on the spot. You pay the $69 whether or not you have them do the work. They rationalize this by saying they provide a ""safety inspection"" as part of the estimate.
