I have used this company several times and have had an excellent experience each and every time, as have the people to whom I have referred this company. I have an old 1920s home and Gaby is very knowledgeable about the plumbing issues that necessarily accompany old homes and old systems. He has always charged me a very fair price and has performed excellent work very quickly. All work he has done has never needed to be addressed again. I wish I knew about him when I first bought my home and remodeled using terrible plumbers. He and his crew are a pleasure to have in my home. They are professional and never try to sell me on other work. In fact, I have a difficult tub drain from the 1920s that Gaby refused to charge me to fix and taught me how to fix myself should it become a problem in the future. I recently had to replace my water heater. Gaby's crew came out immediately because my basement was flooding even though they had other jobs they had to tackle that day. Gaby came by after the work was completed to make sure it was done perfectly and safely. Gaby and his crew are true professionals and I will never use another plumber.

I am a designer who believes the world does have competent people who take pride in their work - I search on a daily basis for this and Drains Unlimited has joined my list. I was referred to them by a GC, Gaby is amazing, he is a doctor of plumbing issues, the client described the issue she was having and he knew instinctively the issue, got a couple of tools and within 15 minutes problem solved, I waited for a few days just to make sure but Yay! my client is happy and I am thrilled. Gaby I will be calling upon you again. Thank you.

What a wonderful experience, had drainage problem in one of my units, 6 units Apartment building. Call to set the appointment, KC gave me a 2 hour window for the appointment, I was called ahead (15 min), to notify me on their arrival. I was told of the charges at the time of placing the appointment. The problem was diagnosed and solved right away, in very organized and professional manner. Our tenants were happy to see it done quickly and neatly, and so we. Thank you for your service.

I found these guys on yelp when I was going through escrow. The whole team is fantastic, they do a great job, prices are reasonable, and they are dependable for follow up issues and concerns. We have completed 2 major plumbing projects with them and wouldn't consider going with anyone else in the future. Very family run feel to the business, great customer service. Highly recommend!

I completely understand why Drains Unlimited has 5 stars! I only needed my toliet unclogged, and that's exactly what my plumber did -no chitterchatter, no unnecessary suggestions, no upselling! Very efficient, quick, and on time!

I wished they had better weekend service, but I learned that is rare when it comes to plumbing companies,

We have been working with Gaby and team since 2010 and have had nothing but positive experiences. Beyond executing on the ""basics"" (responsive, on-time, respectful, good communicators) they are honest and resourceful. These guys aren't about going through the basics to take service fee check and head for the door - they know what they are doing and are all about really addressing the problem/long term solutions. I've made the mistake of having other plumbers work on a couple of issues (they were bundled into a backyard project with the general contractor) and Gaby just had to come fix everything they broke...lesson learned! Stick with the pros.

I had a sewer stoppage less than two months ago. I called one of those ""reliable big name"" plumbing companies. They said I needed to have a clean-out installed so that they could get to the main sewer line. [Note: If you ever have a clean-out installed, make sure its a two-way clean-out, the type with which the plumber can access both sewer stoppages towards the street and stoppages towards the house.] The ""reliable big name"" plumber installed a ONE-WAY clean-out. And then cleared the sewer stoppage WITHOUT using the clean-out. The plumber wanted me to spend about $9,000 have the entire sewer line ""lined"" to avoid future sewer problems. I declined.

Well just 50 days later, I had the same type sewer stoppage again. The ""reliant big name"" plumber came and said that the 30-day warranty on his sewer stoppage had expired. He said I would not have this problem, if I had spent the $9,000 for the ""liner."" That's when I told him I didn't want he to do any work. I went online to Yelp, read the reviews, and contacted Drains Unlimited.

Gaby came out to the house, assessed the problem, and was able to use the one-way clean out in such a way to get his equipment to clean sewer line towards the house. Gaby then used a second procedure to make sure the sewer line was clear. The total cost charged was very reasonably priced.

P.S. I you need a clean-out installed or want a ""liner"", have Gaby do it. You will find the cost to be reasonable.

Have used them for YEARS and would not even consider using anyone else!

I cannot even imagine recommending anyone but Gaby and his wonderful crew to all my neighbors and to my friends.

Plumbing problems are never fun (I now have to have my line scoped and re-lined and I know I can trust them).

We have had great experiences with these folks. Our landlord found them after having had bad experiences with other shady plumbers. We had quite a few problems when we first moved in and it was a nightmare until we found Drains Unlimited.

Gaby and his techs always arrive exactly when they say they will - they explain everything that they are doing - they are very reasonably priced and the whole team - from the person who answers the phone to make your appointment - to the experts who come to do the work - are pleasant and polite.

Most recently, we called to report a toilet that was not flushing properly and leaking from the side. I looked it up on online and learned that it was most likely the ""wax ring."" The kind woman who took my call agreed that it sounded like a wax ring and said the tech would be out between 11am and 1pm on Friday. They arrived today at 11:10am - were finished their work by 11:45. Apparently, a tree root grew through the wax ring and into the toilet pipeline! Gaby explained that this is a common problem and suggested putting salt in the toilet line each day to discourage the tree roots from seeking the water from the line. Who knew?? The aggressive tree root was removed and all is fixed now!

There really is no reason to use any other company. Why would you?
