I had a clogged kitchen sink & I tried to fix it myself. And finally, I had to call a professional to fix the problem. I called Home advisor for some recommendations. I am fortunate DrainMasters called me right away & sent Alex to fix the problem.
He is honest, courteous & knows what he is doing. He did a fantastic job fixing my clogged kitchen sink. I would recommend DrainMasters & would highly recommend Alex.

I should have expected issues when the tech needed to check with his boss about honoring the $49 drain cleaning service and he wanted to know where I had heard about that price. Its advertised on the website and plastered all over your van! Once that was worked out we had to up the level of service to pressure jet for the cleaning since snaking didnt work. $49 first and now $250 for that service. Drain was only clear for 6 days and then they wanted an additional $550 for a longer jetting duration. What about the 7 day warranty? They did not honor it.
I should have trusted my initial instincts.

Balta turned a simple drain video into big money in about 30 minutes. Something that could have been done way cheaper became about a 800$ scam.Don't call this guy unless you prepared to pay through the nose. He used fear tactics to get my wife to sign a contract.Then refused to stop the work once I learned what had happened.

Very poor service! A guy came out to check on my grandmas house charged her $89 than he did a poor job he said that it wasn't a plumbing problem it was the fire sprinkler so we had to call someone else well that that guy came out he said he would do a free estimate than cuts the holes bigger in ceiling and says it's a plumbing problem basically he did what the plumbers job was. So he said it would be fair if she payed him $89 because he pretty much did the other guys job. So he has my grandma call the plumbing place back to give a complaint the boss was so rude than the sprinkler guy got on the phone with him the plumbing people were suppose to give my grandma her money back and the other guy wasn't suppose to cash the check until my grandma got her money back from the plumbing. But they both took her money and top it off the stupid plumber guy came back the next day and charged my grandma almost $900 to fix the plumbing. Wtf at that very sloppy job. And the plumber man name is Guy!!

I've used Drain Masters twice after getting a great review from a local plumbing store. Today Alex came and, after some minimal confusion about my return time to the house, had everything squared away quickly and professionally. I would never hesitate to call on them for anything as they are not out to gouge the client in any way.
