This guy is a terrible driver! With the huge beard. He just was going 55 mph in the fast lane then swerved into my lane on the freeway almost side swiping my car. Lol

I think I was overpriced for $515.00. They started out with a free estimate. then said that it would be $225 because they had to go on the roof to flush/snake and then said that they needed to use a special camera they said the plumbing was not done right and they had to 'pop' the toilet for another 275$ .. they also busted my compost bin in the yard and left green gloves. There was just a clog I don't see why it cost this much. the guy was nice It was on a Holiday weekend and he did stay until dark to finish working so that our pipes were not clogged and I thank him for that. I just feel like it was too much for the job.

The service man came out on time to check for blockage in our kitchen sink. The service man said that he ran the line and cleared it. In a few days the water started to go down very slowly. About 10 days later I called and said that it couldn't have gotten clogged again so quickly. They sent out the same technician who admitted that he didn't run the cable as he thought it was an issue with our dishwasher. So he ran it then and said it was ""greasy"" and he couldn't clear it without some more expensive process. At this point we did not trust this company. We called in another plumber who cleared the line immediately and things are now running smoothly. I would not recommend this company

I had a clogged kitchen sink & I tried to fix it myself. And finally, I had to call a professional to fix the problem. I called Home advisor for some recommendations. I am fortunate DrainMasters called me right away & sent Alex to fix the problem.
He is honest, courteous & knows what he is doing. He did a fantastic job fixing my clogged kitchen sink. I would recommend DrainMasters & would highly recommend Alex.

I should have expected issues when the tech needed to check with his boss about honoring the $49 drain cleaning service and he wanted to know where I had heard about that price. Its advertised on the website and plastered all over your van! Once that was worked out we had to up the level of service to pressure jet for the cleaning since snaking didnt work. $49 first and now $250 for that service. Drain was only clear for 6 days and then they wanted an additional $550 for a longer jetting duration. What about the 7 day warranty? They did not honor it.
I should have trusted my initial instincts.

Balta turned a simple drain video into big money in about 30 minutes. Something that could have been done way cheaper became about a 800$ scam.Don't call this guy unless you prepared to pay through the nose. He used fear tactics to get my wife to sign a contract.Then refused to stop the work once I learned what had happened.
