I had Chad from Drainline come out to check a potential clog in my main sewer line after having an individual from another company come out to my home much earlier and who gave me a $1800.00 estimate for a hydro jet treatment (!)
Not only did Chad quickly determine that the hydro jet was overpriced and not actually needed - after sending a camera down the pipe - he took the time to explain exactly what the issue was and why and then promptly cleared the line; something which the earlier guy could've easily done but decided to offer to charge $1800.00 (for what I now know is typically a $300-$600 service.)
Always get a 2nd opinion!! Lol.
And kudos to *Chad* (who's also a very nice and personable guy) and Drainline Plumbing!!!
I WILL be calling them again for future plumbing needs and i WILL be recommending them to my neighbors/friends for theirs Reasonable pricing and *Excellent* customer service! Thanks Chad!!

I am so glad I connected with Chad and his company. He was able to help my buyers in escrow with a trenchless sewer lateral replacement.

This was an unintended and emergency repair we had less than a month to deal with. He came through for us with knowledge, excellent customer service, competitive pricing, and more. He was also the only one that was confident enough to tell me that we could get this project done before the end of July, and they did! Let's say I had talked to about 8 companies at least, I lost track tbh.

The sewer lateral repair was done very quickly for us and didn't disturb the people living at home. I had to even ask the owners where the heck they worked on, as I was expecting grass ripped out and all sorts of crazy, but nope. They came and left without a trace! The owners living there were also impressed by them as well.

Chad and his team will be on the top of my list to call the next time I need a sewer lateral inspection and repairs for my clients. Definitely, give them a try if you're having a crappy time with your sewer.

Miss Jennifer, maybe the problem was fixed with your toilet and while the toilet wasn't used for ten months something happened things don't stay brand new just because we don't use them. I feel there is another side to this story as it doesn't make sense that someone would just go ""Crazy on You"" because you called and asked for a repair! What is the real story here? It feels you are attacking someone that doesn't deserve this!

I called this company for service. The owner, Chad Danelson came out to my business to repair a line to a toilet. I paid him $1300 to fix the problem. I closed my business 10 days later for remodeling. I am now in the process of reopening my business. I discovered the toilet was still not functioning even though it had not been used in 10 months. I called the company to see if they would fix the problem yet again. The owner, Chad went crazy on me, called me every name in the book, swore at me up and down, THREATENED me and my business, claiming he was a member of the Hell's Angels motorcycle gang. He told me he was a gang member and would come out and DESTROY my business! What an insane man. I am reporting him to every possible bureau as well as the police.

Update: a few hours after my initial interaction with Chad, the office manager reached out to me and apologized profusely. She told me this was not the first time this had happened with this person. He had many instances of threatening and screaming at clients. She assured me that this man would never contact me again. She also failed to mentioned that he in fact was the owner, Chad Danelson. I tried to give the company the benefit of the doubt and allow them to fix the problem. I was very clear that I wanted nothing to do with the abusive ""employee"". They sent 2 men out to look at the problem. They cut open my concrete, dug out a 4 x 2 ft hole. I told them that before the work went any farther I wanted to speak with the owner to make sure we were on the same page. It was then I realized that the verbally abusive, threatening employee and the owner were one and the same. Chad Danelson began calling me repeatedly. He left voicemails and then multiple texts. In those texts and voicemails he proceeded to tell me it was going to cost $3800 on top of the $1300 I had already paid to FIX the plumbing that they didn't fix the first time, 10 months ago. How insane is that? The guy didn't fix the toilet the first time, then goes crazy when I tell him it's not fixed, then he send guys out to rip up the concrete and dig a huge whole then he wants to charge me $3800 on top! This was after I told both him and his manager I want zero contact with him ever again. This company owned by a crazy, abusive, threatening and self described GANG member. Who after all the abuse and insanity then tried to get $3800 off me to fix something he was supposed to fix correctly the first time. STAY AWAY. I have filed with every agency possible. This guy needs serious mental help. Run away, do not ever hire him.

I needed my sewer clean out access fixed because it wasn't properly done when the sewer lateral was replaced years ago. The cement was breaking and the soil had obviously not been properly compacted, i was worried since it was in the driveway that this could lead to breaking the sewer line. Chad was responsive even with the holidays. His crew came out promptly, and fixed, refilled, compacted, laid the proper cement thickness, and put in the appropriate metal lid. They were friendly, answered all questions i had, and showed me all the steps. Now I know that I won't have any issues in the future since this is the driveway and has cars driving over the area. Looks so clean and nice.

We worked with Chad who did a great job of explaining how everything would work and gave us a fair price. The pipeburst job from the front of our house to the sewer main in the street completed in the single day's work as promised. The new popper cap is discretely located in a small round irrigation box. Also the hole in the street's asphalt is much smaller than other pipeburst jobs I've seen in our neighbors' houses.

Chad was very helpful and friendly, came out to our house after hrs because I had to work long hours during the day. I explained to him what our concern was since we bought the house 2 years ago and 2 clean out later it's still clogged.. he did an assessment and camera inspection at no charge and told us what the problem was. Eventually we decided to the it done and we choose him because he really gave us a good impression when we met him. They got the work done in half a day which involve d a lot of digging and routing new sewage pipes. They cleaned up their work area too! Since then all the drains are running smooth and no standing water in the sewage pipes so....so far so good! Thumbs up to this company and Chad!

Last winter, my small basement leak became a big leak and needed a solution, preferably from someone that has experience and knows about drainage problems. I contacted several contractors and Chad was one of two that responded immediately to schedule a meeting to assess the problem. (The first guy proposed digging a French drain but his equipment was too wide for the narrow path to the leak so he was out.) Chad came by the house on time and assessed a sump pump was the solution which I thought was better. Initially the thought was to put the pump outside the corner leak but Nery, who actually did the work, recommended we move the pump inside to ensure a more effective solution which I agreed.

The work was done with Nery and his quy working overtime to ensure the job was completed in a day as promised. The quys showed up on time, re-assessed the situation, recommended a more effective solution which took a littler more effort but worked overtime to complete the job as scheduled. Nery explained what needed to be done to install the sump pump, the materials needed, and how the installation would work.

Overall I was very happy with the work (which I tested out myself) that Chad and his guys did. Moving the pump inside took some extra work that added to the initial cost but not by much and was fair in my opinion. It was a very professional job all around from initial meet to completion not to mention Chad was able to squeeze me in between ongoing job commitments.

I highly recommend Chad and his company if you have any drainage problems!
