TLDR: dishonest, insulting, unprofessional

Chad replaced our sewer lateral for a much better price than other contractors 3.5 years ago! No issues! Just recently he replaced another part of our pipe that had tree damage and moved our clean out. He did it for a great price and was done quickly! No more backups on our end.
After this work, I noticed there was an issue with our drain spout near the new clean out. The clay pipe used to extend from the drain spout and into a line underground. The clay pipe now just pulls out from the ground. His workers did start to break up a clay pipe (most likely thinking it was the one they needed to), and then had to run a camera from under the house to find the line. I'm now understanding they broke up our drain spout line and just placed a piece there to make it seem like nothing was wrong.
I texted him a photo and question about this last Sunday and he has text read-receipts on. He didn't respond. On the following Tuesday, I texted again. Again no response but he read the texts. I called him on that Saturday and he answered, but after he realized it was me he said he had an emergency with ""a 90 year old woman's house flooding"" and I asked him to call me back later that day when he was finished. He did not. I texted him again today (Sunday) asking for a call. He called me right away and proceeded to yell at me about ""being greedy"" and how I've been calling him every day of the week all day long (I called him once). He was EXTREMELY unprofessional, using inappropriate language. He said he was with his family and he doesn't work every day (understandable, but he may want to not say he's always available and change his hours open). He said he would have someone come out to fix a 2.5 minute issue, but to NEVER contact him for any work again. I put him on speaker phone so my wife could hear and she told me just to hang up.
I was completely amazed as he claims he warranties all of his work. I've also included screenshots of our messages where he said I could contact him as he's ""always here.""
I've never been treated so poorly by a ""businessman"", but I just checked out his other negative reviews and this doesn't seem like the first time someone's had an issue with him. BBB also has many other negative complaints against him. As an aside, the work he did 3.5 years ago was a different business name and license # than currently. Wonder why he had to change it...
My recommendation is that if you're going to watch all the work being done, and it's a good price, go for Chad! But if you aren't overseeing the work, there's absolutely no way to guarantee he and his workers are being honest.

Chad and his team did a fantastic job with our lateral sewer replacement. They were easy to work with and got the job completed in the promised timeframe. Great customer service and great quality work. We will definitely recommend them to others.

Stay away, Chad did not take the time to do an in-person assessment then qouted a price 3x higher than the next closest LICENSED contractor. When I questioned him he started with insults

Great customer service and great quality work! I had sewer and drain problems and needed something done urgently. Chad and his team had all the right equipment and replaced my old cast iron pipe all under concrete slab and in tight spaces. They were very profesional and clean! Would 10/10 recommend! Very fair price and superb quality work!

Drainline Sewer Specialists fixed our plumbing problem that 2 other plumbing companies were unable to fix. Chad was friendly, prompt with communication and very knowledgeable of sewer lines. I'd highly recommend contacting Chad if you have any plumbing issues.

I had to replace my sewer lateral and called a few different places to get a quote. Drainline had the best price and they did a great job. Chad came out, gave a thorough inspection, let us see pics of the problem, and began work within days. Everything was completed the same day, including the county inspection, which they arranged directly. Chad and his wife are super friendly and good people. No regrets!

The sewer connection appears to have been done very well. The concrete caps at the take outs don't quite match the color of the surrounding concrete. The crew was hard working and very cordial. The price for the job was very competitive.
