I recently had been having problems with my Clean Out,I contacted Daniel Cordova Plumbing.Daniel came & inspected my piping with a camera,the issue was lots of root build-up & a shifting in pipes.Problem was resolved by replacing the pipes with the newer type PBS was given a very excellent warranty.The job was very fair in price & done quickly & without issues.Very professional is how I'll describe the work done here & with great attitude.I will be doing business in the future,good companies are hard to find.

I found Daniel Cordova Plumbing Service on HomeAdvisor (previously ServiceMagic), read his reviews and took a chance. Glad I called, I had a great experience with Daniel Cordova plumbing. I had an emergent early am plumbing issue and called at 4am. Daniel himself answered the call and we met that morning. Total time quoted for two projects was 4-5 hours. Projects were done in 2.5 hours. Daniel himself and two others (Gabriel & Pedro) completed the project! Very responsive, work was clean, staff was friendly, knowledgable and professional!

I would recommend his service and already have. Just yesterday (Friday 10/12) a friend of mine needed a referral for water heater service and after she called Daniels plumbing - help was dispatched to her home and it was fixed within 2 hours from time of her first call! Another happy customer :) Best of all, if ever you have an unexpected plumbing emergency they offer service 24/7 (a fee does apply).

Pricing was not exactly what I expected to pay but work had to be done. At the end of the day peace of mind is priceless and quality work goes a long way.

I will only share recommendations with others if I have experienced quality service/work and usually don't post but found myself taking the time to post this recommendation. Finding a company that delivers good service that you can trust to work on your property and guarantees their work is sometimes hard to find.

A bit of mis-communication mostly due to them not wanting to snake out ""chonies"" my son flushed down the toilet and them wanting to do a clean out instead. I went back and forth with Daniel's plumber and finally told him I wouldn't do an $800 clean out when I could have a $125 snake out. They also thought my pipes were leaking and wanted me to do a restoration that would cost $1500 yikes! I told them they had to wait for my hubby to get home since he knows plumbing. After a lot of back and forth with the plumber, I felt my hubby kind of schooled him a bit. At the end my hubby had to remove our toilet to have them do the snake out because we didn't want our flower beds ripped out and our pipes were NOT leaking. All in all they were very friendly and at the end did what we wanted. Would I call them again? Sure.

We had Daniel Cordova come out to our home to see why our sewer line was clogged up. He was very professional and friendly to talk to. He explained what was causing the clog (roots at 2 different locations) and proceeded to snake it out. His pricing wasn't too expensive, but pricing is per each use of equipment required to do the job.

Took a chance on this yelp-loved plumber.... Wasn't disappointed at all. Actually called for a free estimate, but when Daniel came he said he can finish in an hour. Had a leaky toilet, semi clogged sink. All fixed in an hour. Reasonable rate. Needless to say, I am one satisfied customer.

I went with Daniel because of the high yelp reviews and I'm glad I did it.

Daniel came within 30 minutes and was very friendly and completely understanding!

I had a leak near my water meter and the big guys like roto roater and rescue rooter wanted $600+ just to swap out a small piece that was leaking. Daniel came and gave me a great quote about half the price of the big guys! He fixed it quickly and left me with a lot of extra cash in my pocket.

From now on I'm only going with Daniel Cordova!

I had a pipe that burst at 3:00 in the morning...ther was water every where..any how I found Daniels name in online ...I did not hesitate to call ...he did arrive in a timely manner as promised,,,,he did high ball me a bit ..but promised he.would be back within the hour...2 to 3 hours went by and I have not heard from him...so I decided to call...a female answered the phone and said...I'm sorry it's my fault he's with me...very un professional..he finally did make it back to my house and did apologize for a the very least not calling me to inform me that he was being detained by the female...he than had to leave again because he forgot some parts...totally blew my whole day..I did not mind paying him what he ask for ...but he made me believe it would be done in a timely fashion...it seems like he is trying to position him self as a major player with all his marketing..and that's good...but you have to deliver quality service as promised...not a good experience....he did offer to deduct &30.00 off the bill ...and than change it to $20.00. Ohh and than had no change....

I called on a Saturday morning after my husband discovered a leak in our bathroom when attempting to install our bathtub. My husband told me to find a plumber so went on line and came across Daniel Cordova's website and actually chose it based on the location since it was close to my home. The person that answered was extremely polite and actually put me on hold while finding out what time someone would be available. To my surprise he was able to show up in the next 2 hours. I was not able to utilize anything that required water in my house until it was fixed. Daniel and his staff was able to be at my house Monday morning and while I had anticipated it not being ready in one day, it actually was.
I am extremely happy with the service provided and although I hope to not have anymore plumbing issues in the future I'm much more at ease knowing I will have someone to call that is reliable and professional. I will never have to search for another plumber again. I will be sure to recommend to family and friends.

I've had problems getting plumbers, service people of all kinds, so I checked the reviews on yelp. All of Daniel Cordova's reviews were five star...so I called him. He came the next morning, on time, fixed the leak, gave me info on saving money, where to rent certain equipment, was friendly and helpful. I am very happy with his work and will call him again.
