I had a great experience with Daniel Cordova Plumbing, they are professional, fast and very economical! A couple weeks ago, someone stole the backflow assembly off our fire sprinkler unit outside of our warehouse. I got a couple quotes from companies that said it cost up to the thousands to fix :( !! Just for a piece copper assembly??

Good thing I found this company on Yelp, Daniel was able to come out that day, assessed the issue, explained what needed to be done and got it fixed for a fraction of the price other companies quoted! All in all it was effortless and the job was completed very fast, I highly recommend them! :) good job guys!

I looked for a plumber who could fix a broken shower fixture and pipe in the main bathroom. Daniel's company and two others responded to my inquiry. I hired Daniel because he called me within 5-10 minutes after I hit the ""send"" button. He called me and asked what kind of service I needed and asked me, ""When do you want us there?"" This all took place on a Sunday morning and Daniel was at my house in an hour!

When Daniel and his assistant Oscar showed up, they were professionally dressed in uniforms and had protective covers on their shoes! They were courteous and friendly. They made a couple of recommendations about the repair and asked me what I wanted to do. I really appreciated the fact that they gave me options with regard to cost and clearly explained the reasons for the cost difference. (I had already completed a cost evaluation to make sure I had a good idea about how much this service was going to cost. Daniel's estimate was at the lower end of the evaluation for this type of service.)

They started the job immediately after returning from purchasing the parts and finished the job in about an hour! The repair was seamless. No one would have known that I had a serious leak in the bathroom after they left.

I will call Daniel for all my plumbing needs in the future, and recommend his company to anyone who reads this review.

We just moved to this commercial building and we had issues with few of our restrooms (toilets), called 2 companies for free estimates, Daniel Cordova quoted the lowest price, so we decided to go with them, they are really fast, clean and professional, the $ really worth the job they did.

In the past 2 years that I have lived in my two story townhouse, I have had 3 leaking problems. My home warranty insurance covers water leaks so I called them again to send a plumber out to service my 4th leak, coming through my first floor kitchen ceiling. I have a bathroom right above the kitchen so I turned off the water to the upstairs bathroom and waited for the contracted plumber to respond to my ""expedited"" service order. The plumber came at 7:00 pm the following day, by then the leaking had stopped. He stayed only long enough to say that he could not find the source of the leak and would not be able to come back till Monday (4 days later). The next day, the leaking had returned and was much more severe. The contracted plumber was assigned to come back, but failed to return after two more days of leaking. (He did not respond to phone calls) I finally decided to go outside of my warranty company and bring in my own plumber. Daniel directly answered my phone call on a Saturday night. Although I anticipated Daniel to come that same night, he assured me that it would better to come early the following morning. He came as promised, explained everything to me, and was honest about the leaking situation. He assured that the job was done properly and accurately. He was very knowledgable, professional, and easy going. He knew that in a few hours I would be having guests over my home so he covered my kitchen ceiling with temporary dry wall at no additional cost. I am so relieved that that he was able to fix my leak , prevent future water damage, and allow my family gathering to go on as scheduled! Daniel saved the day!!

I recently had been having problems with my Clean Out,I contacted Daniel Cordova Plumbing.Daniel came & inspected my piping with a camera,the issue was lots of root build-up & a shifting in pipes.Problem was resolved by replacing the pipes with the newer type PBS was given a very excellent warranty.The job was very fair in price & done quickly & without issues.Very professional is how I'll describe the work done here & with great attitude.I will be doing business in the future,good companies are hard to find.

I found Daniel Cordova Plumbing Service on HomeAdvisor (previously ServiceMagic), read his reviews and took a chance. Glad I called, I had a great experience with Daniel Cordova plumbing. I had an emergent early am plumbing issue and called at 4am. Daniel himself answered the call and we met that morning. Total time quoted for two projects was 4-5 hours. Projects were done in 2.5 hours. Daniel himself and two others (Gabriel & Pedro) completed the project! Very responsive, work was clean, staff was friendly, knowledgable and professional!

I would recommend his service and already have. Just yesterday (Friday 10/12) a friend of mine needed a referral for water heater service and after she called Daniels plumbing - help was dispatched to her home and it was fixed within 2 hours from time of her first call! Another happy customer :) Best of all, if ever you have an unexpected plumbing emergency they offer service 24/7 (a fee does apply).

Pricing was not exactly what I expected to pay but work had to be done. At the end of the day peace of mind is priceless and quality work goes a long way.

I will only share recommendations with others if I have experienced quality service/work and usually don't post but found myself taking the time to post this recommendation. Finding a company that delivers good service that you can trust to work on your property and guarantees their work is sometimes hard to find.

Always just trust your instinct and if you want responsive help consider Daniel Cordova's Plumbing Service!

A bit of mis-communication mostly due to them not wanting to snake out ""chonies"" my son flushed down the toilet and them wanting to do a clean out instead. I went back and forth with Daniel's plumber and finally told him I wouldn't do an $800 clean out when I could have a $125 snake out. They also thought my pipes were leaking and wanted me to do a restoration that would cost $1500 yikes! I told them they had to wait for my hubby to get home since he knows plumbing. After a lot of back and forth with the plumber, I felt my hubby kind of schooled him a bit. At the end my hubby had to remove our toilet to have them do the snake out because we didn't want our flower beds ripped out and our pipes were NOT leaking. All in all they were very friendly and at the end did what we wanted. Would I call them again? Sure.
