We had earthquake shutoff valves installed and (a) Daniel made the process problem-free by anticipating issues. He asked good questions in a concise manner and was very pleasant/professional over the phone. (b) The technician Daniel sent was similarly pleasant, professional and thorough. The technician was happy to show me what was installed, how to check the valve functionality and what to do in the event the shutoff valves were triggered. Will definitely call Daniel again for my plumbing needs.

I had a leak underneath my bathroom sink. on Monday, January 17, 2022. Our regular handyman was not available, so my wife and I searched on the internet to find a local plumber to help fix. According to the web site for Daniel Cordova Plumbing, there was advertised a $20 new customer discount. I called and spoke to the customer service representative to explain our plumbing problem. She said there was a $99 service call fee, which I agree to pay. She said we would get the $20 new customer discount for any work performed. However, after the assigned plumber's visit, and getting a customer service survey via email, I had to assign a ""0"" satisfaction rating. We didn't get $20 new customer discount. More importantly, the assigned plumber recommended a new faucet replacement, which we had previously installed recently as we remodeled out bathroom within the past year. We declined getting a new faucet replacement, which, as I recall was around $650 for the assigned plumber said was the price for him to replace to fix out leak. Our regular handyman later that evening came by and told us that a new faucet replacement was unnecessary. He fixed the leak quickly and didn't charge use for simply tightening the loose connection. The Daniel Cordova plumber estimated something around $650 (can't remember the exact amount, but it was at least over $600) for a ""customer provided"" faucet replacement (more if company provides the faucet) seemed much too much to pay. We just paid the $99 assessment charge; we just chalked this $99 expense/experience as a lesson learned not to use the Daniel Cordova Plumbing service. Next time we most likely not use nor recommend this company. We know this company is in the business of making money, but this company shouldn't be recommending unnecessary work if they care about getting and keeping new customers. My wife and are retired people living on fixed income. We can't afford high priced service as well pay for unnecessary work. Sorry I have to give a poor review, but I feel other people need to be careful to find plumbing service that won't try ripping you off with unnecessary and costly repairs. Be careful out there!

We had a major plumbing job that involved a complete sewer line replacement and re-piping. From start to finish this company was outstanding. The crew did a great job, very professional throughout the process and completion of the project. We are very pleased with this company and would recommend them highly.

Our water heater began to leak so I called Daniel Cordova Plumbing yesterday. They advised they would send a technician the following morning to see if it could be repaired or if it would need to be replaced. The technician Rick did a thorough inspection and informed me that, unfortunately, the whole unit had to be replaced. Once he figured that out, they sent Walter out to our home to remove our previous water heater and install a new one. Once installed, Walter throughly informed me on how to properly use each valve and advised that we should drain our water heaters annually as a preventative measure (I NEVER KNEW THAT)!

I obtained quotes from other plumbing companies and Daniel Cordova Plumbing had the best price. They offer various quotes & payment plan options as well!

I appreciate the promptness & attentiveness! They are definitely our new go to plumbers

Had to get my gas line replaced due to corrosion, which involved excavating a trench in my front yard and also cutting through a concrete walkway. My technicians were absolute gems and I've never seen such respect for customer property before. The excavator was cushioned by wood, the dirt was properly tarped, and the replacement cement was poured to perfection. The gas line was of course laid well and connected to the existing house piping in a very reasonable amount of time. All of this work was done in a day! Would not hesitate to recommend Daniel Cordova Plumbing!

The crew is professional, skilled, efficient, hard working, honest, trustworthy, friendly, and fast. They provide excellent customer service. Highly recommended! My main line was clogged causing both of my bathrooms to be backed up. Daniel and his team did a great job in clearing out the main line and installing a clean out. The work was done in a timely and clean manner. Before the work, Daniel showed me the problem on his video and patiently explained the solution. I would call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Hello, everyone! I just wanted to share the outstanding customer service I was given by Daniel Cordova Plumbing. I had a issue with my wall mounted kitchen faucet that was leaking. I tried to replace it myself, but there were just wasn't any parts out there where I could purchase and find a solution to my headache. Fast forward, I had previously called on Daniel Cordova Plumbing for other needs and decided to give them a call. Dee Dee (CSR) was able to accommodate and schedule an appointment with Daniel who came out and took a look. He was able to show me a fixture that was compatible with what I was looking for and the two days later Rick came out and fixed my problem. Rick went above and beyond to make sure everything worked properly and was installed correctly.

If you are ever in need of a good plumber, don't hesitate in calling Daniel Cordova Plumbing. They are very friendly, not pushy and won't try to over sell you. They will work around your schedule and will come out and give you suggestions as to what can be done.
