Contacted this contractor to perform a flush on a tankless water system at our Airbnb. This guy apparently forgot about our appointment and indicated it would take 30+ minutes after I called him when he was 20 min. late. I had another appointment and could not wait. We rescheduled. Second appointment he arrived 40 min. late. When he arrived he said he needed to go out and get a part and then the job would take 1-1.5 hours. We had guests arriving and had to cancel again. Each time he lost the address and didn't recall the job he agreed to do. Totally unreliable and inconsiderate of my time. Cannot recommend.
