I can't believe I found a company that would come to my rescue in the middle of the night.not only that the owner himself came to fix my plumbing problem.bathroom overflowing sinks leaking a total nightmare.but it only took a quick call and mr.ali came to fix the problem.also not to mention his pricing was very reasonable.will be recommending to my family and friends.

The plumber, Jose Esparza, who was sent to us came right away, worked so hard, and was pleasant, and cleaned up after himself. When a problem came up afterward, he came back and worked for hours until he was able to fix it. He was once again pleasant, worked diligently until he fixed the problem, and we would definitely hire him again.

Additionally, the plumber, Jose Esparza was excellent. He checked out the problem and determined that the drain was not clogged. We decided to have it snaked anyway as a maintenance measure. Jose was friendly, professional and did a great job. We will definitely use this company again.

Our HOA association had ablocked drain going from the fourplex to the city sewer. Ali came out, diagnosed and repaired the problem. He also discovered the cause. Because it was a City responsibility he contacted the city and started the claim process for the city to repair the issue. All of this was set up before Ali had even finished packing his equipment. Jose from Drainhelp.com first came out on 9/9/16 because the plumbing in our entire house was completely blocked. He hydro jetted the lines and cleared the blockage. Drainhelp gave us a 3 month warranty on their service. A month and a half later we had the same problem. This time Ali came to hydro jet once again. No charge! Not only did they honor their warranty but Ali checked all the pipes under the house, found a huge crack in our pipe, took pictures of the crack, and gave a detailed plan of how they can replace the pipe and add a clean out too. We have been very impressed with how responsive and professional both plumbers have been.

Both sides of my kitchen sink backed up at midnight on a Saturday night. I called Drain Help on Sunday morning and they had Ali here by 1PM. He was polite, professional, and had everything draining again by 1:30. Great service and fair price. Would definitely use again.
