I called and this company showed up right away. They found out that we had a massive sewer leak under our home by running their sewer camera which is state of the art equipment! They ended up taking all the old cast iron away and replacing it with new plastic drain pipes. Everything is working super B! We are very to have chosen drain help for this extensive job as they performed the job in a timely and professional manner. Stop here and just call Ali he is very honest and most of all saved us an astronomical amount of money compare to the other companies we called.

Had a major clog in my home main line, I called drainhelp.com and spoke with Ali who is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. We had another plumber take a stab at it and they were terrible, they only snaked it and we're trying to upsell me nonstop.

Received timely call from Ali after making a request through Yelp for someone to inspect a water leak on my property near the water meter junction box. Ali was able to provide a quote over the phone for an immediate fix for the leak which was helpful for me to determine to go forward with his services. He also provided a quote for a more extensive repair job if the water leak turned out to be further down the line and his quote was significantly less expensive than two other competitors for the same work. Appreciate the customer support from Ali and to Junior, the tech who did the repair for his straightforward talk and can do attitude!
