Horrible service and compulsive liars, they provided me with an update and turned around and said something completely different to the insurance company. Twice..

Very unprofessional. They also provided a 4 hour window for availability.. and still missed it. They didn't perform any service and still billed my insurance carrier.

They were supposed to be at my house between 1-5 pm yesterday. I got home 1t 12:30 pm. At 4 pm I called the office and there was no answer so I left a meesage checking on the status of my appointment. No one retirned my call. At 4:22 pm I received a text message saying the plumber was en route and had already begun work. HUH? I was home, but no one was there. In the text, it allowed me to and text the technician. I texted requesting an ETA, and there was no response. I called, but could not leave a message because the voicemal was full. Needless to say, no one showed up.

Drainco called me a 9:24 this morning stating that the plumber went to my house at 5:22 pm yesterday. I informed the lady that her plumber was lying, and no one ever showed up, or even knocked on my door. They wanted to reschedule, but I told them they could not be trusted. I am so upset with them and their service. What a joke!! I was literally at my house from 12:30 pm until midnight when I went to sleep. No one ever showed up or even made an attempt to contact me. DO NOT USE THEM.

do not use this company!!! they are the absolute worst!!

they have no sense of urgency. they schedule you out 2- 3 days out, spend less than 5 minutes reviewing. the technicia will tell you one thing and then file a completely different report with the insuance company so that it is not covered. wanting to charge the customer more money for service.

they were schedule to come out due to not having hot water and it took them 3 days to come out. then another 3 days to submit the report to the insurance company with ""recommendations/modifications"" that are not covered by the insurance comany. i've been without hot water for a week and still no resolution

funny story, they replaced my water heater 5 years ago and the recommendations/modifications they are requesting are what they did not do the first time around.

beware of this company wanting to over charge for services and not performing.

unbelievable that first american home warranty uses such a poor rated company. clearly this contractor does not care about its customers since the insurance company will continue to send them new ones. if you deal with fahw, do not let them send you to this company, they have other contractors they work with so ask for any one else, but not drainco.

NEGATIVE STARS . Beware of using this company or even if you trust your insurance . They broke something in my home and tried to hide it . I confronted them afterwards by phone and they were trying to blame ME for breaking the pipes when they put a trash can under the sink to hide it by closing the cabinets and I found out when I came back home from dinner to a puddle of water leaking from my sink into the flooring .

Worst company ever! Sometimes I think these vendors that are hired by these home warranty companies are ghost companies working with the home warranty. I noticed that this company has 252 reviews that are mostly one star reviews and they give absolutely no f**ks. I had a problem with my faucet on my shower which was probably an easy fix. The knob was stuck to where the tub and the shower run at the same time. The guy literally did nothing at all. He just stood there and looked at it and told me he'd probably have to replace a part and that the office was closed so they would call me on Monday to reschedule. It literally took him 2 minutes to walk in and walk out. Monday comes around and I get no phone call. I call them back. They said it was denied and I need to call the home warranty. The lady was also really rude about it. I call the home warranty. They said the guy that came told them it was a pre-existing condition with no kind of diagnosis or history stating that and that they couldn't service it. I complained to the supervisor of the home warranty and got my money back. But honestly I have a feeling that they're working with the home warranty company to scam people out of their money. I would not do business with them again.

**BEWARE** If there was a 0 star rating, they would take the #1 spot. Our home warranty company assigned Drainco to complete a simple swap out of our tankless hot water heater. They attempted to assess an additional $475 modification fee to complete the job. We contacted the manufacturer and confirmed that a modification was not required to complete the swap however they insisted that is was ""required"". We pushed back and requested a second opinion from another plumbing company. Sure enough, the new plumbing company came out and confirmed that no modification was required to complete the swap and took care of us with no problem! Our tankless hot water heater is now working like a dream. Drainco has some shady and unethical business practices. Beware!!!
