My water heater stopped working. I contact multiple companies on Yelp, Jorge was the only one who asked me to take a picture, asked detailed questions and eventually gave me quote. The other companies all seemed eager to make an appointment and were all saying they cannot give me quote until a in-person inspection, which cost money of course.
Jorge scheduled me in for the second day and arrive on time.
Jorge and Simon did a really good job, also friendly and efficient.

I reached out to Drain Works yesterday via text message to get an estimate to replace my water heater. Jorge followed up promptly and shared the lowest estimate among a few. Even better, he could come today to do the work and upgraded the 40-gallon I'd asked for to a 50-gallon heater for the same price.

Jorge arrived on time this morning. He was friendly and courteous -- he masked when he saw that I was wearing one, and put covers on his shoes and the dolly to avoid tracking anything in.

Overall, my partner and I were impressed by his excellent service, and the new water heater works like a champ. Thanks, Jorge!

Great experience. I cracked the trap under the kitchen sink while replacing the garbage disposal. Jorge came in the same day and took care of it. Jorge is an absolute professional! Our shower arm/shower head was bent so needed replacing. He gave us advice on purchasing and was also available as soon as the hardware arrived.
