Sandy from Drainworks patiently walked through all of them and suggested what needed to be done, and followed up several times between visits to ask more questions as he was researching how to fix a shower faucet. He fixed two toilets, a garbage disposal and installed a water filter system. Always on time and friendly!

I can't recommend this company enough! Our water heater went out on a Saturday morning and we quickly realized this was going to need to be a replacement and not a simple repair. We got quotes from a few different companies, and DrainWorks provided a very competitive price and the fasted turn around to fix my water heater. They were able to come two days after initially looking at the water heater. Unfortunately, the install ended up being a little more complicated than anticipated and they had to order one additional part. Despite having to come back the following week and do an additional FIVE HOURS of labor, they honored the original price.

Great company, honest pricing, really nice staff. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! These guys will definitely be my go to going forward.

I was going to try and fix a shower faucet and found that my main water shut off valve wouldn't move. I called Drain Works and a real human answered the phone! She was nice and helpful and scheduled somebody to come out the next morning. Jorge came the next morning and listened to the situation. He was able to shut off the water and showed me how to do it. The valve was plastic and required most of my strength to turn it. I was worried that my other family members wouldn't be able to do that in an emergency, so Jorge was able to quote me the cost of replacing that old plastic valve with a new high quality valve that is easier to operate. Not only that, but he was able to replace the valve right away, it didn't take long at all, I was surprised how quickly it was done, and when he heard that I am a new first time homeowner, he gave me some great tips about things like shutting off the outdoor faucets in the winter and showed me how to do it. The whole time Jorge was friendly and helpful, and never pushy. I'm definitely going to call Drain Works again next time I need any plumbing work done.

Our old water heater was starting to show its age (main issue being showers weren't getting or staying as hot) and we called Drain Works to come out to see what could be done. Very responsive in setting up an appt and was told the service call fee (think it was $59 or $69) was waived if we accepted the quote and went through with the repair/replacement. Arrived on time and was advised to replace our water heater with a new 50gal natural gas water heater, tank booster, 6yr extended warranty, and a pressure reducing valve. The total came to roughly $3,260, and the work was completed in about 4hrs. The process was as smooth as you can hope for when it comes to dreaded home repair. We now have water as hot as we want for as long as we want, plus the peace of mind that we are in good hands if any issues come up.

I wanted to have the water heater flushed, Drain Works Plumbing arrived promptly and explained their procedure, the drain valve was clogged with sediment and broke during an attempt to clear the valve, the water was drained bucket by bucket, the valve was replaced and the flushing process was completed. I'm happy with the maintenance and repair.
