Our bathroom sinks were backed up, and just clearing the p-traps and visible piping did nothing. I am pretty handy, but realized a plumber was needed ... called Drain Town Rooter and explained the situation, and they were ready to send someone out immediately, but we had our 7 month old grandaughter at the house, and didn't want to interfere with our time with her, and we could just use our guest bathroom anyway. The next day, we had an
11:00 -1:00 appointment scheduled, and David Zamorano sent us a text about 10:45, stating that he was on his way. He arrived about 11:00, and this very personable young man, introduced himself, and told us what he knew about our situation, asked a few questions, and we headed into the bathroom. After a quick review of the problem, he explained his thoughts, and what he was going to do. He grabbed his auger, and began sending it down the open pipe in the wall under the sink. Within a very short time, we could hear the end of his auger, hitting the inside of the pipe in the adjacent wall. He removed it, and said to be sure it's clear, he would do it again, this time with water running, to add a flushing to the procedure. David was very good at describing what he needed to do, what he was going to do, and why. I am a retired engineer, and as I stated, very handy, and when David would explain things to me, I understood, and knew he wasn't blowing smoke. He also would not hesitate to give advice about possible future problems. With the way David explained things, I was pretty surprised when he said he only has 8 years of experience. I am not just talking about his using the auger, as that is pretty straight forward, but it was his overall knowledge of plumbing and construction. Very impressed with this young man, and Drain Town Rooter ... Hopefully, we won't need a plumber in the near future, but if we do, that call will go out to Drain Town Rooter, with a specific request for David Zamorano to rescue us ... Thank you David, job well done !!!!!!

Happy with my choice. I didn't know where to go, but checking the Yelp reviews for this business I decided to go with them. As I stated, it was a good choice. Buddy came out early and was friendly and personable. I had a plugged kitchen drain. He set to work and fixed it promptly. The price was reasonable as well. We had a sewer clog in our ground toilet. Drain Town Rooter fixed the sanitary tee pipe and made it so we won't have any more tree root issues in the near and (hopefully) distant future. I highly recommend DRainTown Rooter for any plumbing work. A team of 9 showed up and re-piped my whole house within 6 hours as promised. Another team of 4 showed up the next day and did the drywall repair in less than 5 hours. Both teams were highly professional, responsive, very pleasant, and extremely helpful beyond their job responsibilities. Their leader Clayton is really the best. Initially, I called the company asking for an estimate. Their representative, Clayton, showed up within an hour. We spoke for 30 minutes and in less than an hour, Clayton sent me a quote for the two options I requested. I picked the re-piping option and schedule the appointment. After speaking with representatives from several companies, I can say without equivocation that DRainTown Rooter are the best. Their cost was very reasonable compared to the other quotes I received form the other companies. In sum, ""promises made promises kept"".

Cannon came out on a Sunday for a rather important Job, I had a plumbing company a few months ago change an angel stop under my new vanity, they did a poor job as it was dripping and rusted and it ruined my Vanity!

Cannon came out and fixed it all in a matter of 25-30 minutes, charged a fair price and did some quality work I can rely on! Definitely recommend Drain town!

Highly recommend this company! We had the pleasure of working with David. He is professional and gives various options to fix a problem without aggressive pressure tactics. We chose the cheapest option at first and he didn't try to upsell nor make us feel bad that we chose that route. We did later chose the one up option which he adjusted his schedule for. We have had problems with bigger plumbing companies always trying to upcharge their services. When we decline, it just ends up being a battle of wills. The process of calling a plumber became a dreaded chore that we hated to have to deal with. But no more! We loved David and will use this company from now on! Thanks for your hard work!
