First time I've called Drain Town Rooter (they had very good reviews online) and I couldn't be happier that I did! We had a simple problem of a clogged bathroom tub drain and bathroom sink draining slowly (hair clog) but they where able to successfully take care of both drains by simply plunging (took less than 5 minutes) and much to my surprise they said because it was so simple and quick, it would be""no charge"". How many times has anyone heard ""no charge"" from a plumber? I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. Make no mistake, they've earned my future business and next time I need a plumber, they'll be my first and only call!!!

This company is AMAZING! This is the second time we have used them. Cannon was the person that repaired the pipes this time and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about him!!!! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He knew exactly what he was talking about and figured out the issue within 30 minutes and came back the next day to complete the job. He seriously went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. If we could give him more stars, we would. We will definitely be using them again and requesting Cannon if we need them in the future. Price is fair too! Amazing work!

I just had the best experience I have ever had with a plumber. David Zamorano was on time, kind, neat and tidy, and efficient. He came to fix my clog on a Sunday afternoon. I can now head into another week without having to stress about arranging a plumber during the week.

I'm pleasantly surprised to find an honest plumber. I needed to have my homes sewer system redone . The cost was a good price. The team was hard working, competent, & cleaned up daily before leaving. It took 5 days to complete. The last day a cleaning crew came in & cleaned the whole house; they too were competent; the house was so clean. I am very pleased wit the outcome.

Ryan, the owner, was very friendly and had excellent communication during my over night plumbing emergency. He walked me through how to slow down the issue until him and his team could arrive in the morning.
Ryan and Jugo were very friendly and efficient, they talked me through the issue the whole way. They made sure they brought towels to avoid any messes and cleaned up after they fixed the issue.
My faucet works better than it ever has!
The price was reasonable as well.
I will be calling Ryan for any future plumbing needs!

I live in South Orange County, and I had an emergency leak in my main bathroom bathtub/shower and could not get the water to shut off completely and it was late in the evening. I immediately started searching for an emergency plumbing service, and I hit the jackpot! I called this company immediately with no expectations due to the holiday weekend. To my surprise, Ryan, the owner, answered my call and came to my rescue. He was very patient, answered all my questions and had his tenured technician, Hugo, at my door first thing this morning, with the part needed for the repair. Hugo is top notch! Very stellar, courteous, addresses all of your concerns, cleans up any debris, and very timely in arrival and getting the job done! Great experience with ""Drain Town Rooter"". Our shower was pooling water for the longest time and I kept putting off calling a plumber because of all the horror stories you hear about ""bait and switch"". Anyway, I was quoted a price on the phone and that was exactly what I paid. No upcharge selling to do ""extra work"" which I may or may not need. I actually called in the morning and they had Garrett come by a few hours later. Garrett was super polite and very respectful by putting on ""booties"" over his work shoes inside the house. He was able to get the drain cleared in no time. The longest time was actually getting the drain cover off (screw heads were stripped). Thank you Drain Town Rooter. Highly recommended.
