My 40 year old hot water heater tank started leaking Saturday, July 13 and I thought I had been able to stop the leak, but no such luck. I placed a call to Tommy at Drain Time Plumbing on Monday afternoon, July 15, and they got me scheduled immediately for today.

Dan showed up earlier than expected by 15 minutes (yay!) and then James arrived. Both were very professional, got to working immediately, bought the items they needed (hoses, straps, pan, etc) to bring me up-to-date, removed my old water heater, installed the new one, checked to ensure there were no leaks and that everything was working properly, and cleaned up the workspace before leaving. I was pleasantly surprised at how responsive and quickly Drain Time Plumbing was able to schedule me in as I feared my leak would end up flooding my garage before someone could come out.

The value I received for the cost exceeded my expectations. The price quoted was very fair for the exceptional service I received.

I definitely recommend Drain Time Plumbing and if ever I have any future plumbing needs, they will be the first call I make.

We had a sewer blockage after a house full of visitors. Chaydon showed up right on time and got right to work. He also let me know about a coupon offering a totally reasonable price (especially appreciated since you're really not in a bargaining position with toilet paper,etc surfacing in your backyard!).

Chaydon and Mark came out on a Sunday evening in the 100 degree weather to help me with my backed up sink clog. They did an excellent job explaining the issue of the clogged drain. They were super responsive and came out the same day. The install was quick and smooth. The gentlemen were courteous and respectful of property. They made me feel good about my decision to replace the water heater instead of repairing the old one that would most likely need repair or replacement soon in the future. Such a great company to work with! The main pipe to the sprinkler system blew a big leak and I needed someone quickly. They managed to get a technician out to look at the problem, dug around to identify the problem and let my new Thor volunteer to fix it for me. James was very patient dealing with the neighbor and didn't charge me for the visit or all the digging. How refreshing to find a company that isn't trying to nickel and dime you and really wants to help!
