I recently had an issue with a severe toilet blockage and reached out to Drain Time Plumbing for help. From the get-go, Breane was incredibly quick and efficient with scheduling, making sure to accommodate my urgency. Chaydon was the technician who came out to my place, and his professionalism and determination were commendable. He assessed the situation thoroughly and tried multiple methods to tackle the blockage. I was really impressed by his persistence and skill, especially because he managed to successfully unblock the toilet without the need to remove it entirely. The relief of not having to go through a more invasive procedure was immense.

Chaydon did an outstanding job, and his efforts didn't go unnoticed. I even tipped them on top of the total cost of the job. I found the price for their service to be quite reasonable, especially considering the quality of work and the potential headache they saved me from. I highly recommend Drain Time Plumbing for their professionalism, efficiency, and fair pricing. If you find yourself in a bind with plumbing issues, they're the ones to call!

I had what I thought was an underground pipe leak on a Saturday evening, I tried calling the two companies listed above them in a Google search and I got call centers both times. I didn't want a big commercially owned company so I called Drain Time. An actual employee that was local answered the phone and 45 minutes later Omar arrived at my house to help. He was extremely professional and personable. Omar checked my water pressure, which was very low and called the owner Tommy to explain my situation. Tommy came right over to help and we determined I did not have a leak but my son had turned on a pool filling valve that I didn't even know was there. i was expecting To pay an after hours weekend fee and that was not the case. They were just happy to help me realize there wasn't a problem at all. Their good etiquette and people skills has earned them a customer in me. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them for any future pluming needs .

Had some troubles with communication and scheduling to repair a clogged kitchen drain but the work performed was good. I expressed concerns in regard to communication and some improper clean up measures. The two owners personally came to my house to review the job and address my concerns. I feel that they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. In the end I have come to believe that they're dedicated to their customers. I will call them again if the need arises

I almost gave one star due to price being extremely higher than five other plumbers for a tankless water heater replacement, but due to Tommy and Brianna's quick response and calls I had to give them 2 stars.

Their $12,000 quote for a tankless water heater replacement that five other contractors quoted prices less than $4,700 and one contractor completed the replacement with a Navien 210 for less than $4,000 speaks for itself.

Being a Costco member and hearing they install for Costco with special show price of $11,699 was exactly why I do not use Costco for residential services.

I had a water over flow issue with my washing machine that had been going on for a little while. Drain Time Plumbing came to help. James snaked the drain and it was all better. While there he asked to look at my crawl space to see if he could see any issues with my plumbing and OMG what did he find. Hi, i believe this is my second review. But I have to say again, they are very easy to work with. I'm a single lady, totally got jacked over when hiring another to install fixtures the bathroom. Long story, but there is what they pulled out of my wierd t-shape drain sink that is connected to the hall bathroom. No other plumber, or handyman was able to fix it. They charged a flat fee of $75 bucks to come out and clear a drain. They could tell I was stressed out, they immediately calmed me down in a real, honest way and reassured me it's not a huge expensive disaster. A special shout out to Chandon.
