Really good service. Called two other places before calling drain time. Both places told me 2-3 days before they can come out on emergency service. Drain time gave me a a specific time for, a couple of ours after my initial call, and they showed up. Mark was super nice, courteous and got the job done. Thanks guys!

Drain Time definitely deserves five stars. My sewer line backed up into my downstairs bathroom and flooded the floor. I had to wait two days to call for them to come out because I couldn't afford to pay before that, but once I called on payday, the manager sent Tommy to my house right away. Tommy came out and not only cleared the line, but went ahead and ran a camera down there to see what the damage was -- he informed me that the pipe would need to be replaced, and that I should call my insurance. He was incredibly kind and understanding about our financial situation, and I so appreciate him and his team. 100% would recommend them, and I plan to call again the next time I need help.

When you live in a house that was built in 1911 something is eventually going to break or collapse. I got two quotes from two other plumbers. 1 was almost 10 grand more and the other was only 5 grand more but I had to dig the trench. Drain time gave me a better quote and didn't make me feel like I was being rushed like the other rooter guys. I know they were busy but they took the time to take care of me and my problem. Thanks mark and Tommy for helping us out in a bad situation.

Tom and his crew at Drain Time Plumbing were the only company out of several that we reached out to in our area for our homes emergency. They had a quick response time (under 45 min.) which was greatly needed as it was a major plumbing issue that we had. They solved it right away so my home would stop flooding. As a new home owner I can't say how much my family appreciated Tom's team promptness, skills and knowledge of his trade which I'm sure saved us in several ways from more costly damage. They are up front and very affordable for the quality and amount of work they do in a speedy time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in a need of a plumber and we'll be using them for preventive maintenance and any other of our plumbing needs going forward.
