Chaydon and Mark came out on a Sunday evening in the 100 degree weather to help me with my backed up sink clog. They did an excellent job explaining the issue of the clogged drain. They were super responsive and came out the same day. The install was quick and smooth. The gentlemen were courteous and respectful of property. They made me feel good about my decision to replace the water heater instead of repairing the old one that would most likely need repair or replacement soon in the future. Such a great company to work with! The main pipe to the sprinkler system blew a big leak and I needed someone quickly. They managed to get a technician out to look at the problem, dug around to identify the problem and let my new Thor volunteer to fix it for me. James was very patient dealing with the neighbor and didn't charge me for the visit or all the digging. How refreshing to find a company that isn't trying to nickel and dime you and really wants to help!

Quality of service was trash. They work harder on selling you services to pay them more than actually doing the job. Technicians came to unclog the main sewer pipe and was unsuccessful, but did go on and on and on and on selling me more services. They left and i ended up unclogging it myself with water hose pressure. I called to telling them what a crapy service they did and the receptionist was rude. Then, the owner called me and instead of fixing the issue he told me i wasn't telling him the truth when he was not even here. He was rude. Just be aware.

I had a mainline back up and was quoted at $30,000 to fix. I was able to find someone to do it for $5,000. And I'm feeling yucky as a single woman navigating first time homeownership. They would have taken advantage of me if I hadn't had a second opinion.

They did flush the system and show me the camera footage of what was going on. So I'll give two stars. But they also said they sent the video after I paid and I never received it. Be careful ladies.
