One of the best guys in town, hands down. I found them online and they quickly got back to me. I had a severe sewage block that flooded my main bathrooms in the middle of the night. Omar Aguilar and his team were on site in less than 30 minutes of the call to assist me in clearing the blockage. I would totally recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services. Great customer service, and efficient work. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

And removed the broken kitchen faucet and installed
A new faucet and soap dispenser. He was friendly professional and up front with the issues involved in installing the new faucet. There was a rusted joint which
May have been needed to replace which would cost another $150 but he managed to connect the plumbing without having to replace the part. I would highly recommend this company as they were able to schedule me the very next day. Other companies would not give me a price quote on the phone and some would charge just to come out and give an estimate. I would use them again for any future plumbing repair. He identified the problem, gave me a very reasonable quote and fixed it within 30 minutes for the price quoted. Couldn't be happier. Chaydon knows his stuff and is super friendly as well. Yesterday, I needed to have a leaking angle stop for my toilet replaced. I immediately got responses from several plumbers. Drain Time was able to come and fix it within hours, at my convenience. They also charged a very fair flat-rate fee, so I knew exactly what to expect, without knowing how long it would take. Chaydon, the field tech, called ahead of time to make sure he was bringing the right part for the job. He arrived on time, friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing, start to finish, and seemed exceptionally knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the entire transaction, and would highly recommend this family-owned company to anyone seeking plumbing services.

Dang I hate writing bad reviews. We had a running toilet it was incorrectly repaired, came back and incorrectly repaired again. We had them come a third time and had disjointed price quotes between a repair man and the owner. It was a big bummer and our toilets still don't work correctly.

I recommend finding a different plumber.
