***This is an update review due to the business contacting me and from what I can tell sincerely attempting to rectify my experience with them***

I am reviewing the disappointing practice of Drain Terrier and what they tried to pull today. To quote $150 on text for a service, then the tech raised it to $225 and once again raised the quote to$450 while wasting my time when I could have had a reputable and ethical business out here is ridiculous.

Kudos to Drain Terrier today. First time customer and they showed up within 25 minutes. Our basement had flooded on Christmas Eve and they took care of the issue right away. We are switching to Drain Terrier from now on.

Excellent responsiveness from first contact. Competitive and well communicated estimate through Yelp app. The quality, friendliness and speed of the experienced staff was top shelf. A hot water heater was replaced in 4 hours. This involved removal of the old unit and installation of new unit. Company uses good product for water heater replacement.

Drain Terrier came to our rescue very quickly for a broken garbage disposal. Ours had been on the fritz for a bit and it finally was time to use Request A Quote to get some help stat. I was thankful Drain Terrier was able to come quickly the next morning, on a Saturday no less.

Tracy got a bit turned around on his way but got right to work when he showed up. He took the time necessary to eventually make the switch of the entire garbage disposal and happily walked us through the process throughout.

I wouldn't hesitate recommending Drain Terrier to others. It's a family run business and I am glad to be introduced to them!

DT gave me a quote to come out and it didn't change. They worked on the drain till the job was done. Unfortunately the sink clogged again. I left a msg and they immediately returned to finish the job. Very professional and polite. Highly Recommend
