I purchased a refrigerator but realized I didnt have a waterline hookup I called Drain Terrier and they were able to come the following day and install for a fraction of what I was being quoted, I had called two other plumber companies and was being quoted $685 and $1650 but Drain Terrier charged me a fraction of that and explained to me what needed to be done step by step in order to install. Drain Terrier was very professional, polite,honest and trustworthy. Being a recent widow can have its challenges on finding help around the house like electrinions,carpenters,painters etc. but I know I won't have a problem finding a plumber anymore because Drain Terrier will be the one I'll be recommending and using from now on. The folks at Drain Terrier were very responsive, professional and thorough in assessing my problem and then clearing my clogged drain. Gary and Benjamin arrived on time, explained the problem and the associated cost and then proceeded to clear my very clogged drain (apparently my son had tried to flush a sock down the toilet). What a mess initially, but these guys were so efficient and professional that I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I won't hesitate to call Drain Terrier if I have another plumbing problem.
