Just had them over to clean my main line down my driveway. I was having problems with that stupid company ARS, hate them. I was calling looking for someone else to help me and ran across Jeremy and Bobby, they are awesome, came out in an hour or so on a Sunday and cleaned out my main line, no drama, no fighting over price. Jeremy was recommended to us by a plumber we trusted. We made an initial appointment that had to be rescheduled, and Jeremy was very prompt and communicative as we worked it out. He also quoted us the possible prices based on what might have to be done.

The next day he arrived in the scheduled window of time and was able to unclog our bath pretty quickly. He also noticed a small leak at our toilet base and gave us a heads up regarding the severity (minor) and what it would probably cost.

Overall very pleased and we will be contacting Jeremy again.

As a follow up, I tried to contact Jeremy again last summer after his great and diligent work the first time, but the phone kept going straight to Voicemail. After leaving a few unanswered messages, I tried to call back again (hoping that I would at least get someone to let me know if the service was taking a summer break or had an urgent issue to attend to) since there was ONLY one number listed for them and I actually got a few pick up and hang ups. It was the most unprofessional and bizarre situation for an operation that had been such an asset prior. I don't know if it was me personally that was being avoided or if there was a reason why they were ""off line"", but either way, get another number where you can let your customers know what is going on. I felt personally slighted and will not bother to find out whether it was me or an issue with the service. Such a bummer.

The rain caused quite the problem in our backyard... we have a drain that was not draining on our pool deck... Jeremy came out, snaked the drain, had to use the high pressure water jet, finally had to get the camera.... not only did he pin point the problem, he spent time locating the other lines under the concrete that we could connect the problem line to... which was in a 1 foot radius.... turned out to be the best of the worst case scenario. All of this in the crazy rainy freezing weather we've had! Spent three hours with us...only $175.00 .... seriously... the greatest service ever!

I was having main drain issues and called around to three other plumbing companies, all were too busy to come and fix the issue. I called Drain Solutions about 3 pm and Jeremy answered the call and told me he would be at my house within 2 hours. He showed up on time and cleared my main within about 30 minutes. Jeremy and his son came out yesterday at the last minute to clear our clogged kitchen drain. I called at 2pm and they were there at 4:30pm, which was impressive. I had called around and no one else was available to help the same day without extra 24 hr service charges.

So glad I found Drain Solutions. Jeremy had everything cleared and fixed inside of an hour and even offered some do-it-yourself advice on some other plumbing questions I had.

I called Drain Solutions on Dec 26th when both bathrooms starting backing up! I made the call at approximately 2:45. Jeremy was out to our house at approximately 4pm! He was very nice and in about 20 minutes took care of the problem. His wife met him and waited in her car as they were going to go to dinner after our ""last minute"" job. I went out to talk to her and met their adorable baby girl. I looked at MANY plumbers on Yelp before making a decision on DS. And I am SO glad I did. Jeremy was prompt, courteous, and it felt great to give the work to a family man. He's our new guy for any future issues. :)
