I had a problem with a slow draining sink on a Saturday, so looked you reviews on yelp. Drain solution had a great rating so I called and left a message for Jeremy. Before I called I put some drain cleaner down the drain. When Jeremy got back to me my drain seemed to be working. I didn't need him to come out. (Or so I thought) Monday morning the clog is back. I called back and he was able to get me in that afternoon. He quoted me a price to come out and unclog the sink which I felt it was very fair price. I would call Drain Solutions anytime I have a plumbing issue.

Jeremy was easy to have in my home. Friendly, respectful, and just a real person. I got a drain from my laundry and kitchen cleared. He let me speak my mind and courteously kept me in the loop as I watched. I felt a part of the process and learned along the way. Three cheers for Jeremy for all his professionalism. Wow..that was awesome. Called jeremy and he was here within an hour and fixed the problem. Had a bad clog, the washer wouldn't drain and backed up water into the kitchen sink and wouldn't drain. He had the water draining in no time!!! I will use him again but hopefully not too soon ;)

Josh and Josh junior saved me today! I'm pregnant & having to pee constantly & both toilets suddenly wouldn't flush!! I first called a drain guy who didn't have a camera which was needed to push my massive clog through. So they referred me to these guys.. After paying 119 bucks! :( next time I will call these guys first! They had it fixed & I was good to go in about 30 mins. Also I felt very comfortable with them- being a woman home alone. They were super nice & professional. The price was very fair I felt. I'm grateful for their help and will be calling them again in the future. I highly recommend. :)

Was referred to Jeremy by Universal Plumbing because my kitchen sink drain was too clogged up for them to be able to unclog and needed the ""jetter"" used on it.

I called Jeremy the minute Universal Plumbing left and he said they could try to have someone come out the following afternoon otherwise he'd call me. Well around 2 PM the next day Tommy shows up with the ""jetter"" and gets on the task of clearing my kitchen sink drain.

Within 15 minutes he had unclogged the kitchen sink. On top of that he was a nice guy and all around professional.

Would definitely call these guys again!

Jeremy was the third plumber to try to fix my clogged tub drain. He stuck to it and was able to clear the drain. Two other plumbers had spent 6 hours total working on the drain and gave up. The second recommended Drain Solutions and I'm glad he did. The service was positive, he didn't try to upsell anything and charged a very reasonable rate.

Jeremy came by per the request of my regular plumber as we needed a camera to figure out what the heck kept backing up my pluming lines. He was on time (actually early) was very nice, professional, and took the time to answer all my annoying questions! :o) He found the precise area that was causing the issue very quickly and my plumber was able to resume same working the same day. I would recommend him and would call him again if needed!

Hello,
Being a Consumer and Business owner i am extremely picky and selective!
I had an issue in one of my bathrooms with the faucet dripping in the Bath Tub and etc.
Called Drain Solutions received a call back set up an appointment for the next day.
Jeremy was on time diagnosed and fixed the problem in less that an hour.
Now that's what i call 5 star service!
In my opinion we are all good/great at 1-2-3 and maybe 4 or more things.
When you have a craft for something you master it.
Plumbing NOT everyone is good at but Jeremy is GREAT at it.
