What an amazing experience! Well as amazing as plumbing repairs go! Scott showed up found the problem. Give me a fantastic price. Came back the next day and beat that price! I would recommend these guys every time! Hard to fine responsible, just worthy and inexpensive! Not to mention just all-around good people!

The HOA contracted this company to repair a ""minor leak."" The minor leak was next door at my neighbor's house. The plumber stated that it would be easier for him to go through my wall. They gave me 12 hours to be out of my home and initially refused to tell me when my child and I could return. None of this is legal of course. The plumber refused to provide an explanation as to why I could not be there when he was in my home. He refused to tell me when I could return. He smirked throughout this ordeal and has since called me ""difficult."" ""Difficult"" for objecting to being told, at 9:00 at night, that I had to be out by 9:00am the next morning. ""Difficult"" to not want a complete stranger in our home when we were not there. ""Difficult"" for insisting that I know when we could return and what wall would be cut. Ultimately, he had two holes cut in my wall because he did not have or know how to use a measuring tape. He smirks every time he sees me and has made additional comments about how ""difficult"" I was. I am quite uncertain as to what makes him so smug as he is so incompetent at his job. Call someone more professional.

DR Plumbing made things happen. We called last minute for toilet and shower issues. They were easy to work with. Derek came out and got the job done. Will call them again for plumbing help.

Drain Runner Plumbing is an excellent company and I have been using them for years for my salon in Carlsbad. This past week we had the sewer pipe fail due to a huge tree root crushing the pipe. Scott and his team assessed the problem and came up with the necessary plans to replace it very quickly. This involved permits with the City of Carlsbad, asphalt work, soil testing and traffic control. I especially want to thank Scott's wife, Lori, who also made several trips to the City to move things along on our behalf. Scott managed to get the job completed in one day once all the permits were in order. He has many years of experience and it certainly shows.
