A broken under-counter shut off valve needed immediate attention and Eric arrived within one hour. He promptly fixed the issue but also explained the procedure along the way. It's so refreshing to have a tradesman who is polite and courteous (loved our big dog) but who also engages the client in the cause of the problem and the steps needed to rectify it. Super company!

I do Property Management and Real Estate Sales and have used Drain Runner maybe the last 20 years. Its not always a simple fix and most tenants or even homeowners-sellers & buyers dont understand the issues of timing and damage, and how pipes are, etc.. Drain Runner is always responsive. They've done everything from listen to why the low flow toilet now doesn't flush everything down like it used to now that the water pressure is at a normal pressure to fully rerouting foundation plumbing after those 1990 Polybutylene pipes start breaking apart after 25 to 30 years of use. They are fair and honest and I trust their judgement. Have they ever made a mistake in 20 years? sure, who hasn't, but they owned up to it and fixed the issue at their costs. One thing about plumbing, is that they cant see everything so just because one thing is fixed doesn't mean you won't have problems somewhere else linked to that first problem. They are also used to working with insurance companies and realize the the fine print now a days is getting longer and longer.. Check your fine print of what your insurance won't cover is super important upfront. Meanwhile, make sure your renters if you have some, have their own policy to cover you know... their stuff. I feel secure knowing they are the ones onsite to do the job correctly and the most efficient and cost effective way for my clients.

What an amazing experience! Well as amazing as plumbing repairs go! Scott showed up found the problem. Give me a fantastic price. Came back the next day and beat that price! I would recommend these guys every time! Hard to fine responsible, just worthy and inexpensive! Not to mention just all-around good people!

The HOA contracted this company to repair a ""minor leak."" The minor leak was next door at my neighbor's house. The plumber stated that it would be easier for him to go through my wall. They gave me 12 hours to be out of my home and initially refused to tell me when my child and I could return. None of this is legal of course. The plumber refused to provide an explanation as to why I could not be there when he was in my home. He refused to tell me when I could return. He smirked throughout this ordeal and has since called me ""difficult."" ""Difficult"" for objecting to being told, at 9:00 at night, that I had to be out by 9:00am the next morning. ""Difficult"" to not want a complete stranger in our home when we were not there. ""Difficult"" for insisting that I know when we could return and what wall would be cut. Ultimately, he had two holes cut in my wall because he did not have or know how to use a measuring tape. He smirks every time he sees me and has made additional comments about how ""difficult"" I was. I am quite uncertain as to what makes him so smug as he is so incompetent at his job. Call someone more professional.
