I contacted Drain Runner Plumbing on Tuesday evening when we had an issue with our upstairs bathroom faucet. The water wouldn't stop running so we had to turn the main line off. I got a call back from Lori and she assured me she would send someone out the next morning. She sent Neil over to our house first thing Wednesday morning and he was able to fix it quickly. We appreciated it so much since we have our 90 year old Nana living with us and not having access to water could become a serious problem. Neil was very polite and professional! He even ran to Home Depot to pick us up a new faucet that we broke the night before. The service was excellent and we would recommend them to all our family and friends. Lori called later that evening to make sure everything was still running fine and that we were happy with the faucet they picked out for us. We were more than happy! Overall the best experience I have ever had with plumbing issues. We will never go anywhere else, they have a customer for life!

Wow is all I can say. Im a salon owner and had three other plumbing companies come in and try and figure out how they are going to do the job. I had an obnoxious drip in my bath tub faucet for a long time. I did a lot of research on how to fix it. However, my condo is on a main water line which means when the water is shut off, every one is shut off. When my neighbor was having scheduled plumbing done on a Saturday, I took my own plumbing matters into my own hands... I went to Lowes and got all the materials necessary to fix that drip! I purchased every thing that I thought would fix the problem. Well, let me tell you from my experience... I got it all fixed... and everything was looking good... even with the water going on! I was so proud of my work as I admired it... AND THEN.... ""PSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHH"" the water pressure exploded my work.... OH I Guess the pin that was needed to go into the part was really necessary! I couldn't make it fit... so I omitted it! Silly Soaking Wet Me!!! My plumbing turned into an ""I Love Lucy"" Episode... water gushing all over.... I found Drain Runner through my neighbor's plumber, who I called. Long story short... Scott was able to come out on a Sunday Morning... he was so fantastic! I love how he educated me on my Plumbing! He said I did a Good Job BUT.... I had put the part in upside down and one shouldn't force a pin into place... Also, I learned NEVER Buy Generic Plumbing Parts! (I had purchased the Lowe's Brand to save a couple bucks.... Fortunately, I also bought the Moen brand too....) Well, Scott had saved my day and has now saved many gallons of water that had been going down my drain over many months (and I am embarrassed and ashamed to admit that... I do not like to waste our resources... I was afraid of the cost of calling a plumber....) NO FEAR ANYMORE! Scott was so fair in his price on a weekend Sunday too! Drain Runner is my first call from now on!!!!! Kids... Don't try that Plumbing work at home... CALL THE PROFESSIONAL! You wouldn't take out your own appendix at home... Thank You Scott for your AWESOME work!!! No more drips in my Life!

I recently had a large drain leak in my wall, and was referred to call Drain Runner Plumbing. This was by far the best referral I've received. I called late in the day on Friday, and Scott was able to come out on Saturday. He was honest, knowledgeable and able to fix the leak in a timely manner for a fair price. I will definitely refer this company to my friends and family who need a plumber in the future.
