This is my 2nd time calling Drain Rooter Service to perform plumbing work at my house and both times, they exceeded expectations!

The first time was a few months ago where we had a clogged kitchen sink. I tried snaking it, but failed miserably. I messaged a bunch of plumbing companies through Yelp and Tony from Drain Rooter responded right away with pricing and availability. He came over and cleared everything right away with his commercial equipment that I didn't have at home.

The 2nd call out was just a few mins ago. Now my bathroom sink in the master bedroom was clogged and once again, I tried snaking it myself to no avail. I gave up after an hours worth of troubleshooting and went back through my Yelp messages looking for Tony's info. I remembered that Tony was awesome so I decided to message him back again.

Within minutes, he called me and gave me a few different options for availability. He came by within the hour and worked his magic again. My bathroom sink has been cleared and I will not shop around for a plumber ever again. Tony's number has been saved and he'll be my go to guy every time for any future plumbing issue!

I called this service for my draining needs since my kitchen sink was clogged and needed help in unclogging the pipes. Todd answered my call and was in vicinity and was there within 30 minutes. He fixed the problem at reasonable price even though the unclogging took little bit longer. Now the drainage looks super and I appreciate his help!

I had been dealing with a slow draining bathroom sink for months. I reached out to Todd at 11:30am, he came to my house that afternoon and was early! He was professional and courteous. He quickly resolved my clogged bathroom drain and offered to check out several other sinks and bathtubs in my house. He shared tips to prevent these clogs from happening in the future. I requested a quote through Yelp and got an email back within 10 minutes with an estimate for the repair as well as availability, which was the same day. He came to the house about an hour later as agreed upon and resolved our issue quickly. He quoted a price for snaking the drain lines (which is what I thought I needed), but the repair was much simpler than that so basically he just asked for gas money, despite my insistence I would pay him fully for his time.

He walked me through what I would need to do if we were to encounter the issue again, and throughout the whole time his demeanor was super friendly. I kind of wish I had a bigger job for him to do. Thanks Todd!

Contacted Todd for a garbage disposal unit replacement. He was quick to respond with a free online estimate and online appointment setting. He also responded kindly to my pre-work questions on the type of unit. On the appointment day he was on time, completed the work efficiently and left the work area clean. He also provided advice plus his pricing was economical and as per original estimate. He even takes online payment. I'd use Todd again for any future plumbing work, plus he's a local small business.

Yesterday morning I noticed a leak in our kitchen sink and I noticed the garbage disposal is leaking. I tried to open it but it was completely rusted and there was no way to open it. I searched Yelp and requested for service from multiple plumbers. Tedd got back to me in a few minutes and he arrange to check our kitchen before 10am. He showed up at our house with a mask on face. He was completely complying with social distancing guidelines.

He then checked the sink and his diagnosis was to replace the garbage disposer. He offered to pick up one from plumbing supply store and since I had no time to make shopping for the garbage disposal, accepted immediately. He offered a fair price for this job. He got the garbage disposal and came back in an hour. He had to use a big saw to cut the garbage disposal unit and did a fine job installing the new one. He was very professional and gave us good advices how to maintain the pipes and dishwasher drains. I enjoyed using his service and I highly recommend him for any plumbing job.

Called in the morning, spoke to Todd who was able to fit us in that afternoon. He arrived with his mask on, made a point of removing his shoes and was very conscientious of health and safety precautions while in our home. I appreciated he was able to unclog the drain that was slowly filling, but also that he recommended some things we could do ourselves rather than charging us for additional services. Highly recommend!
