I have now called on Todd from DRS to service my main line 3 times. Todd has always arrived in a timely manner, been friendly and very knowledgeable about his craft. He has given me lots of tips to avoid having a clogged line(my family doesn't listen) and he has been right on with what he thinks is the issue. He ran the tests then backed it up with facts. He had to run the camera down the line to see what he already knew was roots in the city's portion of the clay pipe just passed what I am responsible for. Even came out and seen what was happing and said I did not need him and called the city for me to come take care of it for free. The guys knows his stuff and seems to be a honest tradesman. I recommend him to my friends and neighbors and they have been very satisfied with his workmanship.

Our bathroom was backed up and overflowing. Found Drain Rooter on Yelp, called them and the owner, Todd, came out within a couple hours on a Sunday night. He assessed the problem and alleviated the immediate problem. But it was clear we had a more serious issue and he came the next day to install a clean-out and then it turned out that we had a problem in the street. He also came back the next day and helped us through the process with the city. Nothing but good things to say. Wish everyone were so capable and helpful.

Tai was quick to respond to our repair request. He arrived 20 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. He troubleshooted and fixed the leak within 10 minutes. After checking the repair is fine, he also explained the issue and how to prevent it.

Had a main drain clog and Todd came to the rescue. It was late in the evening and I was able to contract Todd, who's helped me out with many plumbing issues before. He made it out that night within 30 mins and was able to clear the main drain that night. He mentioned that there was most likely still issues so he ran a camera and sure enough we had some root issues. My house didn't have a clean out so he installed one the next day for me so future services will be much easier and save money. I didn't even have to be around. Very professional and fair pricing. I've shopped around and his pricing is very reasonable. He's my goto guy for plumbing and I highly recommend him.

Our sink clogged up and we need to use the sink everyday. It's so critical in our business. Our bathtub would not drain. The usual method of clearing blockages (e.g. drain-cleaning balloon with a hose) was not enough. Todd came out within 20 minutes of our phone call. We had a clogged drain from the kitchen to the laundry drain. If I ran the water in the kitchen it would overflow the pipe that the laundry drain hose goes into. I called several plumbers with no luck. Then I came across Drain Rooter Service and called them. within 30 minutes or so there was a knock on my door. He fixed the problem quickly and very reasonably. I would not hesitate at all if the need arises again to call them again. They will be first on my call list.
